The team at Shiduli was amazing to work with! They were so accommodating and made our experience the most amazing possible. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the safari guides were so easy to talk to and provided respectful morning wake ups. They also ensured that we got the best safari experience possible, going out of their way to ensure we say the Big 5!!!

10/10 recommend staying at Shiduli Game Lodge. The staff was incredible, helpful, and highly accommodating. The room was clean and tidy. Anything you needed was taken care. Peter and Ernest were an amazing team out on the game drives. They went above and beyond to celebrate my wife and I's anniversary. Felt like family being there with the staff. Highly recommend to anyone going to South Africa. Oh and highlight of the trip we saw 5 out of 5 with the big 5 animals.

Shiduli Private Game Lodge is owned by Karongwe. We had booked our trip a year before we actually travelled to South Africa and the reason I joined our group was the offering of the ability to stay in the Tents that were offered. To my amazement, during the days before arriving at Karongwe, we were advised that we had been "Bumped" out of our accommodations and into the Shiduli Lodge. This comment in no way takes away from the Lodge staff and facilities. Their facility is spectacular, their Guides, Trackers and support staff were excellent. The point is, the "African Safari" experience that I was sold on was the "tent experience" and we didn't receive that. Just because they wanted to accommodate more customers, we lost our spot...not fair!

I stayed here for 3 nights but 2 would have been enough because we repeated areas on game drives on the 3rd day. Guides are excellent. The lodge is in need of a renovation and rooms are small. Common areas are nice and the bar is lovely. I would rate it as a 3 star property with excellent staff and service.

We had an amazing experience here. The safaris were great and the hotel accommodations are amazing. Peter and Sondi, guide and tracker, are the best! Great experience thanks to them. We saw all the animals we wanted and had a great ride. Sondi can find all of them, and Peter knows everything about nature.

We had the most wonderful time on Safari at this lodge. The staff were amazing and the animals we saw on safari were mind blowing. So close!! New chef, Michael, cooked us up some beautiful meals. Would definitely recommend this place!
