Great stay from the moment I checked. All the ladies at the desk were super friendly!! As an extended stay hotel they provided everything you could think. They offer cleaning every other week or I had the option to have it every week for a small fee. I thought that was fair. The small kitchen was so useful for my long stay and ended up saving me a lot of money.

Its is a decent property for business people, the few that still travel. Breakfast was discontinued ad the gentleman behind the counter pointed AppleBees. Bkfst is complimentary at FF, but of course suspended due to pandemic. As a titanium about 90 stays year at Marriott properties, i thought i request points. Gentleman , who identified self as Manager, turns out he wasnt, declined to gives his name despite my insistence - he didnt ask for mine, nor my room number. I told him though that i am a healthcare worker travelling from El Paso to Hobbs to serve the community- he was unimpressed. He was actually quite rude and he gave the actual Managers name on a sticky. The GM has not contacted me. The rating will be removed if the problem is resolved. I cant Remember that lousy and disrespectful front desk staff, and not disclose the name. I cannot recommmend this property, and wont stay there ever on my bymonthly visits to Hobbs.

Nick at the front desk was super friendly. They offer lemon water and complimentary cookies at the front desk. The room and bathroom were very clean. There is breakfast included in the morning. Overall we had great service and enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for 3 days during a holiday weekend and I cannot stop raving about the exceptional service we received from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The people who work here care deeply about hospitality and making sure you are comfortable. Traveling with family takes lots of planning and so thankful this hotel had everything we needed to be comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash is attached to the shower making it convenient and less bottle waste. They give you different types of pillows (both hard and soft), plenty of towels, and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was on point! Chobani yogurt, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, a huge selection of juices, coffee, hot chocolate, water, teas, etc. Truly worth it staying here.

Your front desk staff was absolutely awesome!! We arrived in the early morning and they were great getting us checked quick. While we were there our key cards kept deactivating and they were not bothered with re-activating them for us. Also, your staff were great getting other family members checked in the following day. The room was really nice and spacious. The only thing was the cooking pans were extremely worn. Other than that I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. We will use your facility on our next visit.

The smell of a combination of smelly feet, dirty socks, or stinky shoes permeated the 2nd floor hallway carpet and the carpet in the two rooms I reserved. No amount of lysol, febreeze or anything we tried would get rid the stench. Dirty men's work boots lined the hallways of a lot of rooms. My shower faucet was not working when I tried to use it the morning after my first night. Maintenance did come fix it right away, when I reported it, but I had to be out the door really early and was not able to shower that morning. Some of the furniture upholstery was torn up, dressers were missing knobs and inside of drawers were in really bad shape, freezer in mini fridge had no door. Froze everything I had in the regular part of the fridge, bathroom tiles were cracked. We were told that housekeeping services were only upon request, so I requested full housekeeping services for the 3rd day of our stay. Front desk assured me it would get taken care of. We left early and returned late to find only the trash had been thrown out and towels were replaced. No coffee replenishment, no cleaning whatsoever, beds were unmade, forget clean sheets! Also, the breakfast staff was not prepared for so many people in the morning. Every morning they ran out of several items, no matter how early we went down for breakfast. Some food items were replaced, most were not. The lady working told me she had no idea the hotel was going to have so many guests! There was some sort of electrical short in the breakfast area, we were having to switch out the waffle maker and the toaster plugs across the room. Finally, my family that stayed in the 2nd room I reserved had no extra TP and ran out. They requested more, no one ever showed up. We had to go downstairs and personally request TP, and coffee as they never replaced it in the 4 days and 3 nights we were there. Solution??Hotel rooms/carpets badly need to be cleaned, furniture needs to be replaced and whoever is in charge of blocking rooms for groups needs to alert food staff so that they can be prepared. Much attention is needed to provide better service to your guests!
