Skip the shower When we arrived front desk was no where to. Be found for over 15 minutes. Got our room keys to go all the way to the room and keys not work then wait again for front desk to show up to rekey. Bathtub was horrible, dirty , we skipped showering just not to deep our toes in that tub

We couldnt figure out the shower, if its so unusual, you would think they would have instructions. There response was to wake up everybody in the room and call us to ask how it works. Why?

Very average stay this time. Breakfast was acceptable each morning. Our bathroom smelled like the sewer was backing up not sure if Hotel was experiencing issues during the week we were there. Not pleasant at all. We had to keep the bathroom door closed all week

We paid for a king room and got 2 queen bed, receptionist didn’t explain anything, we had to ask why the extra charge that was a deposit.

We usually are able to get into rooms 45min. to hr earlier this is the first hotel not having rooms ready, they need to hire more cleaning staff

Awful Service! Never staying at this location again. On Friday when we arrived. The temperature was 42 degrees and it was drizzling. When we stepped into our room the heater was not working. It was left on and it blew all this cold air. We contacted the front desk and the girl there tried to do the best she could. She reached out to maintenance, he never answered. The manager couldn’t do anything either. So the front desk gave us 2 comforters. The next day once again we spoke to the front desk and maintenance finally came by and he said it’s working. We left for the day and when we came back to the room the heater was still not working. The lack of effort and concern to make this right was disappointing. They just didn’t care. The only one person who cared my family was cold was the front desk, she even said I just wish the manager would go buy an electric heater to put the room.

The overall vibe of this hotel was very chill, quiet, comfortable yet not feeling empty. But it wasnt busy feeling either. Id give it an overall 4.5/5
