I loved my stay at Apartment 20, The Rox. With friends. The email instructions are welcoming, clear and straightforward with street parking readily available for short term on arrival if necessary and a car space provided during the stay. The central location is ideal for walking to great shops, restaurants and the famous Salamanca. Meticulously and stylishly presented with every detail thoughtfully planned; calming decor, luxury quality amenities and products and comfort and privacy foremost. The large roof top balcony is accessed through several doors with very large sliding window/ doors also providing access and generous curtained light and views across the adjacent heritage city scape. Quiet and Perfect.

Meticulously presented lux apartment, fully kitted out with quality appliances and utensils. Tastefully decorated and very functional. Great large balcony overlooking Hobart ... perfect for unwinding after a tough day enjoying all that Hobart and Tassie has to offer!

We loved our stay in the Alexander apartment at the Rox. The heritage building has clearly been lovingly restored and with quality materials and kitted out with quality linens, appliances, etc. It’s stunning. The place was spotlessly clean, with a nice bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge, a superbly equipped (and logically laid-out) kitchen, and thoughtful touches like cool bags and a thermos flask which we loved for a day hike. Just be aware that the bedrooms are quite small, and there is only one bathroom with shower. It worked perfectly for the two of us. Location wise, it’s very close to some of Hobart’s best bars and restaurants, but on the opposite side of town from the harbour so there’s a 10-15 min walk through the CBD if that’s where you’re headed

Fine linen and bedding, superbly appointed down to small details that ensure your stay is an experience to remember Hobart by. The mix of heritage and new additions blend and enhance the character of The Rox. Easy to find and self-check in . Located just a block from the CBD and another from all Salamanca, The Waterfront Wharf precinct and great old Pubs will have you eating, shopping, exploring every day. Short walk away is the Urban Greek Restaurant-great authentic food and atmosphere Absolutely no points to criticise from the The Rox Accommodation, Wooden boat Festival -a must see and Hobart that has come of age. Luxury experience at a reasonable cost for two couples. We had a two-bedroom apartment but would love to view the One bed and the Penthouse of course. Thanks to "The Rox"

We were very pleasantly surprised by Apt 16 at the Rox! The checkin was simple - using a lock box via a clear email and the apartment itself is very well located in 'mid town' Hobart - an easy walk from shops, great restaurants and the harbour. It is airy and spacious - perfect for a couple but could easily accomodate another person or couple in a fold out bed in a smaller room off the living space. Every detail is thoughtful planed with attention to the environment in the choice of linen, toiletries, etc using wonderful quality products. The kitchen is thoughtfully equiped with everything you could need including eco glad wrap! A bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates in the fridge was a lovely surprised and enjoyed from the bright living area siting on a super comfy couch! The colour scheme is very tasteful and neutral - stylish! There is also a cute little balcony off the main bedroom which I would have loved to use if the weather was better and we had more time! A really lovely place to stay - highly recommend!

We loved it! The apartment very clean, modern and well furnished. It was walking distance from restaurants and cafes which was very convenient! Highly recommend The Rox Hobart! Would definitely stay here again!
