This hotel has enough cooking space and shower facilities. The only important thing is that the mattress is too thick and you cannot sit on the bed.

Beautiful house, bedroom and great balcony view. Friendly and helpful staff, clean house. I didn't like the bunk beds in my bedroom. Nice neighborhood near Salamanca market. House full of young guests. It was kind of noisy, but they quick went to bed and was quiet. Wifi doesn't work well, too many guests. I gound my bed too soft. But I would stay again.

GGuest UserWe are quite surprised and pleased with the complete amenities of our room. We have all toiletries (eg towels, shower gel, lotion, hair dryer) except tooth brush and toothpaste, smart TV, kitchen stuff (kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes and spoons). Another plus is good location with stunning lake view, many parking lots and close to the center.
Although the room is quite small but we love the comfort and coziness it brings.

GGuest UserThe motel is perfect for a family who is traveling by car. Free parking is available at the door of the room, which is very convenient for moving things. You don't have to walk far to the parking lot like a hotel, and you have to walk back and forth for a long time if you forget something. The room is very clean and tidy, and towels are replaced and shampoo and paper towels are replenished every day. The trash can will be cleaned, and you need to bring your own toiletries and slippers. Check-in is very convenient. You will be given the key directly after checking the name information. No deposit is required. Just be aware that most of the front desks here are not 24 hours a day, and you need to check in and check out. If they come after get off work, it is best to communicate by email in advance, and they will put a password box for you, and you can check in by yourself.
Our family of three stayed in a family room, which is very good. There are two rooms that do not affect each other. There is no kitchen, but there is a small refrigerator and microwave, as well as bowls, plates, knives, forks and cups. So it is very convenient to buy some cooked bread 🍞 and other things that can be done with the microwave. The transportation is very convenient, 2km away from the city, within 10 minutes drive from Coles and Woolworth supermarkets, and you can turn a corner and go straight to the highway to Hobart Airport. Our three night stay was very comfortable.

ZZHONGXUANThe hotel environment is very clean and tidy. Although the restroom and bathroom are shared, the environment is very good. Opposite is the wow supermarket, very convenient. The restaurant on the first floor has cutlery, bread, and milk juice in the refrigerator. The hotel staff is also very friendly. In short, the experience is very good, suitable for young people to live. It is said that this hotel is 180 years old.

JJeffreyNear to Coles and many varieties of eateries nearby. Has a covered carpark which comes free with the room. Unfortunately it was raining on the day we checked in and pail were place outside the rooms due to leaky roofs. Otherwise the room is clean and comfortable and it comes with a bath tub. Short drive to Salamanca Market.

GGutmanStandard motel, but the price is competitive. There are microwaves, refrigerators, electric kettles, etc. in the room, and there is a Woolworth supermarket 1km away. You can buy some food yourself, and you don’t need to rush to eat their breakfast. Not far from the freeway, it's an easy drive to downtown Hobart. KFC and McDonald's are very close.
Parking is free.
The room was clean, the bed and equipped with electric blankets. There is a heater but no air-conditioning. If it is very hot in summer, it will be sad.
It was quiet at night, but on the first day there was a storm and the door of the room was blown loudly.

GGuest UserCapsule was very spacious, love the lighting control system in there. Towels provided as well. It’s also very clean!
Toilets have squeaky floorboards that dirty water comes out of. The bath itself is alright, it’s when you step out of the bath that becomes the problem.
Was not able to connect to wifi, but since you can only connect to the owners via email, I didn’t try to do that too much of a hassle.
For the price it’s really good at a fantastic location as well. Would recommend if you’re not too pressed about the toilets.

Self-driving parking in Hobart is troublesome. Even if you pay, parking on the roadside is generally limited to 1 or 2 hours. The parking fee for other hotels is AUD 28 a day, and they can park for free. Even if the parking space is full, there is no charge for parking on the road in front of the door.
It takes 5 minutes to drive to the city center. The walk is only 1.5km, but the slope of the road is very steep and the walk is a bit tiring.
