A wonderful resort amongst the beauty and nature of Ninh Binh and offered some peace and quiet after coming from busy cities. The room was wonderful and had everything I needed. I love that I had a private pool but unfortunately not warm enough to use. I did try to have a bath but there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it up so something to keep in mind. I did have some furry little friends visit during the night and sometimes when I was in my room but they were harmless, to be expected when in nature and they enjoyed the complimentary fruit. Kin and all staff were so kind, lovely and helpful and made my stay one to remember.

This was the most charming accommodation throughout our tour of Vietnam. It was by the road but hidden behind its wall of greenery. Once inside, we were greeted by a spacious courtyard and garden filled with trees, plants, and beautiful rustic furnishings. The privacy it offered was definitely more desirable than other accommodations where their courtyards were open to full public view. In the night, the garden and courtyard were warmly lit and gave a very cozy feel. Our room was clean and faced the mountains, and it had a balcony with a table and chairs for guests to sip coffee and soak in the view and fresh air. We reached early and was given an early check-in as the room was available. Mr Xuan (the boss) and Ms Ha spoke very good English so communication was easy. The location of the villla couldn't be better. To one direction was the nature where we spent the most enjoyable time cycling through, and to the other was a 5-minute walk to town center for numerous shops and restaurants. The location was convenient, and so were the arrangements that Xuan and Ha made for us. They arranged the day tour to the places of interest that were further away, and also arranged our transport to our next destination. Very much a one-stop shop, very easy and smooth for us. Would definitely recommend friends to stay here

Our stay at Tam Coc Moment was nothing short of amazing From the moment we arrived, the owner, Tommy, went above and beyond—seamlessly arranging our transfer from Hanoi and offering insider tips on the best places to visit in Ninh Binh. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious homemade breakfast prepared by his wife. Every morning, we eagerly looked forward to her delicious, lovingly prepared dishes, which made for the perfect start to our day. The entire property was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. What truly made the experience special was the beautiful little garden, where we enjoyed our meals amidst lush greenery and a tranquil ambiance. Tam Coc Moment is a true hidden gem, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

It’s hard to describe, not cost-effective, and I won’t stay here next time anyway. The price is probably around 500 per night in Vietnam. My colleagues and I were bitten all over by bed bugs. When we got home, we had flowers all over our bodies, and even when we pinched the blood, we still itched unbearably. The swimming pool is indoors, and the children swimming were so exciting that we couldn't even take a nap. Two bottles of water are free in the room. If you want an extra bottle, you will have to buy it. The waiters can speak Chinese and go to surrounding attractions. The hotel provides free bicycles. We can hire a hotel car to take you back to Hanoi Airport, which is cheaper than Grab and can issue an invoice.

Mixed feelings about the hotel, it didn't look bad in the photos, they are super edited and made with some AI, however when we got there we found a few problems with the room, initially it was not exactly as shown in the photos. It had some details that became important, such as there was no remote control and it happened in more than one room, (I found out when I reported everything to the reception), the shower did not work properly, it did not hold to the wall so you had to be grabbing it, and the cleaning was not the best. I spoke with the manager a couple of times on the phone, (since he never showed up at the hotel) and after much arguing that they were not going to refund my money and that they were thinking of sending me to a hotel that from the photos looked quite poor as it should be. which I had already paid, after a while they changed us to a better one in which we had no problem. I was left with a bittersweet feeling since after the bad time a solution was reached, which was in my favor. It is worth mentioning that if it were not for the misleading images and the details that were made important, the hotel in general terms was quite good. (except for breakfast).

The hotel is well located, 15 minutes walk to the main street. Sights, almost all are quite far away, you can get to some by bike. The hosts are friendly, they will tell you where to go, what to see and organize excursions. The room is large, it is cold in January, even with air conditioning. The shower is clogged, the water does not drain and spills out all over the room, it is impossible to go to the toilet, since the water will be ankle-deep. A lot of dust in the drawers and cobwebs. The water bottles have not been changed for a long time, the corks are already black. The kettle is very old, they do not wash it inside. The breakfast is very light, small selection.

Beautiful panoramic views overlooking the mountains, a romantic setting with a lovely pool, wooden lounge chairs, and a terrace with wrought iron chairs and tables where you can relax and enjoy a drink. A very peaceful location, much appreciated, away from the noise of construction work, horns, and soundproofing issues we encountered elsewhere on our trip. It's a good idea to read the location and traveler reviews. We appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms, which are clean with beautiful bedding, and where comfort and cleanliness reign supreme. The welcome is very pleasant and warm, especially from the young receptionist, who is always ready to help and understand. Linens can be cleaned at a lower cost per kilo. Free bike rentals and paid scooters are available, and Grab rides are very reasonable. The hotel is located 3.5 km from the center of Tam Coc, in a peaceful setting surrounded by mountains and greenery. A lovely stopover, where the hotel is new. The only downside is the breakfast, which is brief and Vietnamese, with undrinkable coffee and just sliced ​​bread. It's a shame! Otherwise, I highly recommend it.
