My partner and I have been very comfortable in the accommodation. Absolute cleanliness, great buffet breakfast with Vietnamese and western options. Reception staff very attentive and pleasant. The room was comfortable, spacious and with quality linens. Mattress a little hard for our taste. The entire Boutique hotel was designed and decorated with taste and detail. The swimming pool is very good.
They have a store to buy products that they make themselves. It is on a secondary street in the center of Tam Coc so you can breathe tranquility but knowing that in a 5-minute walk you have all the options to eat and book excursions or transport. We highly recommend it.

One of the worst experiences I could have had. Furthermore, I accidentally changed rooms; moments later, I asked to return to my previous room, but was denied. The beauty of visiting a place also lies in the helpfulness of the people, and visiting a place where the staff are unwelcoming is highly discouraged.

Exceptional hotel to stay in. I came from the madness of Hanoi to the more chill area of Tam Coc, Ninh Binh. The hotel is gorgeous. Large room with lovely linen and lots of space. The pool was most welcome and I enjoyed swimming and lying by the pool. The breakfast was delicious with omelettes and eggs cooked by staff when you felt like one. I did an embroidery class which I really enjoyed. The embroidery they do by hand at Le Clos du Fil is amazing. The staff are very talented and the quality is exceptional. I purchased some pillowcases and they embroidered them for me. Hotel has free bikes to use which I made use of. Such a good thing to have. Location is a minute or two from centre of Tam Coc so very handy to everything, and easily walkable. Hotel is quiet down a lane away from the hustle and bustle. Staff here are wonderful. So kind, friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in.

Such a wonderful and charming hotel - absolutely exceeded our expectations. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We used their free bikes each day which were decent single speeds with baskets and locks. Perfect for the very flat terrain. The rooms are large, the pool area tranquil and the breakfast varied and fresh. It is a few meters off if the Main Street which is such a bonus - perfect location for access to everything but also peace and quiet.

A beautifully appointed hotel, and in the busy-ness of Nimh Binh, was a calm and peaceful place. Hotel staff were very friendly and Pins coladas in the bar were the best we’ve had in a while. Use of the embroidery throughout the hotel was charming.

Stayed here for 3 nights in a suite. Our huge suite was on the corner & had amazing views from 2 angles through large windows opening out to 2 balconies . Enormous bed with top class bed linen. Bathroom had a stand alone large bath, large walk in shower & a double sink. All staff were lovely & very helpful. Breakfast was good but a bit repetitive after 3 mornings. We ate in the restaurant for 2 of our 3 evenings. Slightly more expensive than the local restaurants but we preferred it as it was quieter & had more ambiance to those on the main thoroughfare. You also had more choice & food was good. What we liked most was the location of the hotel, a 2 minutes walk from the Main Street but situated in a quiet side street. Pool area looked lovely but unfortunately the weather was too cold for us to use it. Thank you for a lovely stay. & I definitely would recommend staying here .

The hotel is a true oasis of beauty, tranquility, and comfort. After exploring numerous attractions nearby, it was a welcome retreat—a peaceful haven to unwind. Elegantly decorated with impeccable taste, it offers a serene atmosphere and every possible amenity. The spacious, luxurious bed ensured a restful stay. We highly recommend it. The restaurant was exceptional, and the breakfast featured the best Pho soup we had on our entire trip. The staff was warm, attentive, discreet, and always helpful. We absolutely loved our experience.
