First of all, the place is overated. The fact is, it is a rather ordinary homestay with obvious shortcomings. I was given a very rusty key and the main door's lock doesn't function properly. The toilet seat is broken. The breakfast is mediocre, with only one food item and a drink and no fruits. The perfume smell in the room, and the bed is overwhelming. Last but not least, the owner wasn't very honest. I booked a "private taxi" to Hanoi airport for 400K VND. On the day of the departure, there was another person with 2 kids in the car. The room is overpriced compared to similar or even better homestays in the area. So, poor value for money in my opinion.

Had a great stay here. For me the location was perfect and they have bicycles for free and motorbikes you can’t rent. Was able to get my laundry done. Pool is nice and a amazing view, the food was also great I recommend the kebab pho and they were super helpful and sweet!

We stayed for 5 nights and it was a fantastic experience throughout! Room was clean and had hot water, Netflix and aircon. View at the homestay was great and allowed us to relax thoroughly. Host was very friendly and gave us good advice on where to travel in the area. We had bbq and family was so kind to help us with the bbq. Location is ideal for travelling to trang an boat ride and hang mua cave. Bicycle rental is for free. Overall, highly recommend others to visit this homestay to complete your vietnam experience!

A very good family hotel, full marks, beyond expectations.
Almost brand new, including the bathroom.
The accommodation near the river has cheap and delicious meals and unique rooms. I am very satisfied.
The breakfast is large and you can order your own food.
The service staff is very enthusiastic
I would give it a 10 out of 5 points and recommend it to everyone.

Это один из лучших гостевых домов которые я встречала в Азии!
Большие номера,удобные душевые,чисто.
Семья невероятно приветливая и радушная.
Завтраки идеальные.Так же брала обеды и ужины все очень вкусно и не дорого.
Расположение отличное,гостевой дом выходит на реку и скалу.По вечерам приятно сидеть у воды.
Заказывала автобус в другой город,вышло дешевле чем у агентов.
Рекомендую!

We stayed for three nights. As you arrive you are struck by the beautiful scenery. The homestay is equally as beautiful, it is run by a very friendly happy family. The place is in a great location for sightseeing and the bikes you can borrow allow you to cycle to Trang na caves and Tam coc and Dragon hill. The breakfast is delicious. The restaurant in the evening is excellent delightful food and high quality. Would definitely recommend eating and staying here.

One of our fondest places we've stayed at in Vietnam 🇻🇳 Well run family business with wonderful views, equally great food and cocktails, as well as the lovely rooms (of which there are only 5!) In such a good location to see all the essential places around Ninh Binh. Free bikes to use got us everywhere we needed to. We extended our stay at last minute due to our onward travel being cancelled (that we had booked ourselves online). Zhou kindly accommodated us for another night and helped arrange alternative travel for us the following day. Zhou and his family speak English very well, and have a calm demeanour. Nothing is too much trouble. Food here is top notch, well-priced, and open to non-guests too. Breakfast is included with the room stay. Very romantic setting at night. Couldn't recommend enough! We wish you all the success❤️

We came across this place one night, when looking for dinner. This was the best food we ate on our entire trip to Vietnam. The corn soup was truly amazing. Next time we will stay here, all the amenities and location were great.

Unfortunately we found this place on our last night in the area. Honestly this has the best food and cocktails in all our travels through Vietnam.We are very fussy, and they overwhelmed us. If you come here and are not impressed, contact me and I will happily refund your money spent.

Lovely homestay in an ideal location to visit either Trang An or Tam Coc. The staff provide free bikes to visit the surrounding areas and there's a swimming pool to use. For breakfast we chose something from the set menu and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend as it's very good value for money.

Perfect location, close to all the must-visits in Ninh Binh and still peaceful. Our room was very clean and big, with a view on the pool. Always started the day swimming, loved it! We had all of our meals here, would really recommend the fresh spring rolls! Bicycles were free, and we even took our very first ride on a motorbike (with some of the host's help :) ). Thanks to the lovely host and her sweet family who made all of this possible.

There are 5 rooms. We'd originally booked the largest, but found it was right next to the pool and all guests had to walk past the only window. The other rooms (as far as I could tell) are all the same layout with a bed hard up against one wall. For an older couple it makes getting up in the night awkward. The bed is very hard. There is a kettle and fridge but no cups or Tea/Coffee/Water. These are relatively trivial and could be easily remedied. On the positive side, the brother and sister who run it are lovely people and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast is great and the on-site restaurant good. The pool is fantastic and spotlessly clean. They have free bikes for use and very cheap scooter hire. The location is excellent and near other places to eat. 10 minute cycle to Trang An boats and Mua cave Lookout.

Took a short trip and booked this homestay accidently through air bnb but it was a wow moment. With the cheap price, I didn't expect so much but it was amazing experience. They have a pool and you can enjoy breakfast at the poolside (roomcharge already includes breakfast). The room was so nice. They also provide motobike for rent that is very convinient to go around NB. Highly recommend

I am very lucky to be in this homestay. The first thing that impressed me when I arrived here was the enthusiastic welcome of a friendly host, feeling like my friend. He advised me on beautiful places to visit and gave me very detailed instructions. Homestay includes free breakfast, lunch and dinner have a lot of dishes for you to choose and the price is very reasonable and the cooked food is delicious. The room is very nice, fully equipped, with a balcony to chill and drink beer, which is great. Besides, there is also a swimming pool with natural scenery when you can experience this place. Every Sunday night, the host will organize a traditional Vietnamese family meal that you can join at a very reasonable price. I will never forget the experience of staying at this homestay, if you have a chance to travel to Ninh Binh, I highly recommend this homestay. If there were 10 stars, I would have rated 10 stars, but unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars. hihhi
