Had to book very last minute due to travel issues. Staff came back from New Year celebrations just to help us check in, and helped us organise a trip out of Ninh Binh the next day. A trip-saving experience 🙏

A wonderfully situated family homestay in Tam Coc. Warm greeting and a lovely feel to the establishment. The Good * Large lightrooms and big bathroom * Super quiet location * Luxury of a lift to get to upper floors * Basic breakfast included, fresh juice was lovely * Family lives on premises, not a problem and actually lovely hearing children playing *Room clean, 2 bins provided and daily cleaning if needed. The Not So Good * The curtains are not blockout and you do wake early * Bed firm but not silly hard, a few springs felt but far better than many we have had in Vietnam * Really very little to say as stay was very good

This homestay is perfectly located close to centre of Tam Coc, but far enough out to enjoy the peace and quiet. The rooms are basic, but that was all we wanted, the fridge was a bonus and everything worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable too! We also had access to a shared balcony area, with seating and tables. The family who run the homestay are excellent, and are happy to help book day tours, and transport. Rhey even helped me buy some paper to make notes of my journey. The breakfast was very very good, I enjoyed the mushroom omelette, and pancakes. This was the best value for money we have found in Vietnam so far. Thank you for being amazing hosts.

We had a really great stay here. The host are very friendly and welcoming and we webs delicious breakfast. Rooms are clean and they hot water. It’s a great location and great value for money. Would definitely recommend. Both female friends were given a rose for international womens day

Me and my wife stayed for 3 (and a half) nights. We arrived super early in the morning, around 4:30 but we got to check in and also got a bigger room, which was so kind since we really wanted to get some sleep. The whole family were so welcoming and sweet throughout the stay. The facility was clean and super cosy as well. The homestay is not in the “main road” which in my opinion was nice, it’s still close to all the restaurants and only a short walk to Tam Coc river. When I go back to Tam Coc in the future I will definitely go back to Tam Coc Paradise homestay. This is what a homestay is supposed to feel and be like, in my opinion! I’ve been travelling in Vietnam for over 3 weeks now and this is definitely my favourite accommodation. Thank you so much Ngoc Vu and your family for everything and hope to see you again!

Great location near the centre of Tam Coc, but just far out enough for it to be peaceful and quiet. Clean, beautiful and spacious rooms. The host family were very lovely and couldn't do enough for us 💕. Would highly recommend, 5🌟
