Really happy with choosing this hotel. We had a nice big room with two giant windows on the third floor, this gave us a wonderful view of the surrounding area. There is also a nice garden and pool to relax at on the roof. The owners also will go out of their way to be helpful. They cooked us a delicious breakfast, helped us figure out how to get around, and even let us keep our bags there after we had checked out until we took a train back to Hanoi. My main regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. Dzung and his family were so kind and generous. They went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. The pictures of the home stay on the internet do not do this place justice. Dzung has made every effort to make his guests feel at home. We each had bicycles that we could use free of charge. The breakfasts that his wife made were delicious, best pancakes! We had our own bathrooms and the rooms and facilities were absolutely pristine. Trip.com indicated that this home stay had shared washrooms but this isn’t always the case, we had our own private bathrooms. We also couldn’t get enough of the rooftop pool! Dzung was so helpful showing us where to go and what to do. The home stay is so conveniently located, away from the hustle and bustle. So tranquil and peaceful. We will mostly definitely be returning. This was truly a special experience that my husband and I will never forget. Thank you Dzung and your family for being the most gracious hosts. We felt as though we were a part of your family. We will see you all soon!

First off, the owners are wonderful people, kind, honest and helpful. It felt like we had a bonus travel agent to explain the surrounding attractions and help us obtain an electric scooter! They ensure you know the best places to go at the best times too. We even booked our car back to Hanoi through their connections. Breakfast and drinks are provided. The rooms are spacious and clean. We also had a room with a great view! The location was very central to everything. If you want a more authentic and less commercialized place to live with kind helpful people, this is the place to be! We would definitely book again when we return ♥️

Dzung and Deb welcomed us like family. Room was spacious,clean and comfortable, with the most amazing views. Dzung was very helpful with information about the area, from places to eat, to places of interest. We will most definitely be back.

5 star and if I could give this place 6 stars then I would! I am lucky enough to have stayed in hotels/resorts all around the world and I would rate this Homestay as truly one of the best! You are greeted by Dzung and family with such love and happiness, nothing is ever too much. Room is lovely and airconditioned, Dzung will tell you all about the area, great location. We used the bikes to get around everywhere! Pool is fab and the perfect temperature! Dzung taught my husband how to make the perfect egg coffee, even buying him tools to use to make the coffee to bring back home, refused any money for it! Washing was done by Dzungs wife, which made our life so easy! We were so happy here, we wished we could have stayed longer. If you do get a chance to come to Ninh Binh, then please stay here. You will not regret it! Thank you Dzung and family! We will be back!

We were searching a lot of places to try and stay at ninh binh and came across limestone. It was the only accomodation that didn’t have a single negative comment about it. The family are absolutely beautiful people and so genuine and friendly. We stayed at so many other places in Vietnam - hotels resorts etc and limestone was absolutely the most enjoyable. It’s nestled among beautiful mountains and is so peaceful and quiet. The village was truly most beautiful place we have stayed at. Breakfast was Devine! Pancakes fresh fruit coffee and fresh juice. Do yourself a favour and stay here before anywhere else. Very very clean as well. Owners go above and beyond to look after you. ❤️❤️

Dzung and his wife Dep have made a lovely homestay. They are super sweet and accommodating. My room was large, comfortable and had an awesome view. They provide bikes to get around and Grabs are super easy to get. Dzung even arranged a private car transfer to and from Hanoi. I would absolutely stay here again!
