The hotel lives up to its name! Nice service staff. Helped with booking a bus to move to another city. White towels. Clean room. There is an outdoor pool. There is a beautiful mountain on the territory with flowing water. The hotel overlooks a beautiful small lake. Free bicycles. In 2 days we saw the sights nearby, as planned. Everything is wonderful!

A very nice hotel in an idyllic setting within cycling distance of Ninh Binh's most beautiful scenery. The breakfast is decent, and the service is lovely. We were a little disappointed by the quality of the bikes offered (very old and rusty, uncomfortable, and many no longer work) and by the condition of the pool, which was too dirty to swim in. However, this may have been due to the recent storm.

As soon as we arrived, we complained that the room was tilted, so the bed was facing downwards, and you can clearly see how tilted it is on the table. They didn't understand us; they wanted to give us another room that had a hellishly musty smell, so we had to go back to the one we were in, which, moreover, wasn't the room we had rented. Then, due to the storm, we had to have lunch there. The food they charged me 70,000 was the same as what they gave you for breakfast, and they described it as noodles with vegetables. I don't know where the vegetables are. The pool, yes, had green water. I understand why it would be like that after the storm, but it had been three days and no one had fixed it, and it was very hot! It was impossible to use it. The room was comfortable, but with all this, they made our stay horrible! I definitely won't return to this accommodation. Friendliness isn't enough; the accommodation needs to be cared for and maintained. Since no one spoke English, I contacted a WhatsApp number and they responded two days later, simply apologizing and telling me they'd started new people. What happened isn't because of the new people, it's because of a lack of maintenance and care.
