We stayed at the Thoc House in Nham Village, a charming blend of traditional Vietnamese architecture with modern comforts. The private courtyard was perfect for relaxing in the peaceful surroundings, though we didn’t have time for the herbal foot massage. Still, we enjoyed the infinity pool and jacuzzi. Dinner and breakfast at Cơm restaurant were delicious, and the whole resort, surrounded by lush landscaping, was serene and beautiful. The staff was outstanding – from the warm welcome upon arrival to the thoughtful farewell when we checked out. The rice-themed building names (Rơm, Lúa, Thóc, Gạo, Cơm) were a cute touch. This was, hands down, the best accommodation of our two-week trip in Vietnam, even surpassing some stunning resorts like the Marriott at Non Nước Beach and the Renaissance Hoi An Resort. Our only regret was not having more time to explore and enjoy the area. We’d love to return and visit nearby Tam Coc village.

What an amazing place to stay, wow! It is a view minutes outside the very busy village. You enter the property, and you enter an oasis of beauty and tranquility! The people and service are outstanding. The room is wonderfull. It is so beautifull here, and so quite, while everything you need is there. The spa....best massages we had in Vietnam, and for a very good price. We celebrated our anniversary here, we were surprised by a decorated room, and an amazing private dinner. Thanks for this wonderful stay

Absolutely incredible place to stay- would highly recommend. Five stars to the staff who are amazing- so attentive and helpful. They make what is an incredible resort in a beautiful setting even more astounding. The food at the restaurant was great- drinks delicious (recommend the pandan pina colada!) and spa service very relaxing. Brilliant all around. Very sad to leave after 4 days…. Could’ve stayed longer!

We had 3 wonderful nights here. Firstly - the lodge style rooms away from the road are large and luxurious. The whole complex has been designed with an authentic eye - harking back to old-style architecture. The wooden detailing and earthy tones evoke rest - much needed after Hà Nội. The infinity pool is large - and as this is a smaller hotel - does not feel busy. The breakfast is supurb! The location for massage is in an old-style building. Beautiful gardens, with walk accross a bridge to a traditional clay-walled house just lovely. Peaceful vista from all rooms across water. Oh and great service! Thank you.

Beautiful resort with excellent location. Very clean and hygienic property. Rooms were well appointed with amazing views. Breakfast choices were a little limited but good. They accommodated special requests for vegetarian meals. The bar was very good.

We spend two amazing nights at Nham Village Resort with my friend. We loved everything, from our beautiful room with the incredible view, the pool in surrounded by greenery and nature, the additional services with team time and foot bath on our terrasse, to the massage that I highly recommend. Thank you and special mention to the lovely team for their super service and genuine kindness.

All resort it’s totally surrounded by tropical vegetation and a lake. Totally relax a peaceful far from city 10 minutes by bike, all the staff make you comfortable as you was at home with their delicate voice who let you chill. I love them. The room it’s big and private, i appreciated the absence of television, totally useless in heaven as that.

We were a family of four (children 13 + 15) who spent three weeks travelling through Vietnam. This is a great hotel and we would without doubt recommend it to anyone going to Ninh Binh. It is quite a small hotel - 14 rooms, which just adds to the boutique feel. The staff were great and were extremely helpful when we had to make some last minute changes to our itinerary - thank you. It is really hard to fault this hotel - it is beautiful, staff are great, food is great, rooms are great, pool is great....it is just really nice...very tough to fault!
