Excellent location - all the main attractions of the area and the tourist hub are within walking distance. A good gym is a 5-minute walk away.
The owner is incredibly friendly and pleasant (as is his entire family), speaks excellent English and is always ready to help - whether it's renting a bike, bicycle, buying bus tickets or local life hacks about the city.
The hostel itself is clean and cozy, there are both shared rooms and private ones. Wi-Fi is fast and stable - it works well for work and calls to Google, which is especially important for those who (like me) combine work and travel.
I liked everything, I will recommend it to my friends

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The breakfast is good (fruits: passion fruit, bananas, watermelon, pineapple, mango; drinks: juice, coffee, tea to choose from; food: eggs, pancakes, waffles with chocolate, honey, condensed milk), you need to choose one of the dishes the day before, because the breakfast is continental. The room is simple, everything you need is there (shower gel, shampoo, disposable brushes with paste), clean. The room was not cleaned, but we did not need it, it can be done upon request. There is a swimming pool, quite clean. Very convenient location, close to attractions, many cafes nearby, but not noisy, because it is on a quiet street, away from the center. The owner of the hotel speaks excellent English, helps to solve all issues. We rented a bike through him, the cost was 120 thousand dong per day. We also booked tickets for a sleeper bus to Hoi An through him, he accompanied us in his car to the bus departure point. Staying at this hotel left a positive impression.
