We highly recommend Lys Homestay! The family is very lovely, the rooms are clean and cosy. You can rent bikes to a fair price and the location is perfect for backpackers. Thank you very much for this pleasant stay!

Firstly I would like to thank Lys and her family for their care highly above the standard. She made our stay precious. She was really, really kind and helpful. She always wished us a nice day and she gave us a lots of advises about trips and neighborhood. Our room was clean and nice with a big windows. We really enjoyed tasty breakfasts which you can choose from a menu. There is also possibility to rent a bike or scooter, what we recommend, because this accommodation has perfect location for exploring surrounding areas. In the end of our stay Lys booked us a nice sleeping bus to Sapa and her son went with us to help us board on it. We also got some snacks and water from Lys. It was so heartwarming! We highly recommend you to book Lys homestay. You will not regret!😊 We will remember this experience forever.

We stayed one night and would have liked to stay longer. The room was a nice size and very clean. We had a very friendly welcome and the host was extremely friendly. It is right in the centre of tam coc. We took advantage of the pool and would recommend Lys homestay.

Really simple to find - central location but just off the main road so very quiet and tranquil but lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Great facilities renting bikes and pedal cycles. Laundry on site. Room was clean and well kept with excellent fridge. Swimming pool was a great feature alongside it a nice seating and lounging area. The owner and staff were very attentive helping us book taxis, getting us a reasonably priced all day taxi for sightseeing and even providing us with complimentary water and fruit for our train trip to Hue when we checked out. In summary - Great location, Great rooms, laundry on site (same day service), lovely owner and staff, excellent facilities and a great price.

I had a wonderful stay her for a few days in March. Really lovely people, always smiling and chatting, always want to help you. I hired a motorbike and it was wonderful to tour the local paddy fields, I was given a map with all the local places highlighted. The room was superb, right next to the pool, really comfy bed and well equipped. Despite being very close to the town centre, it was very quiet in the evening. Breakfasts were great, I was always given some fruit to keep me going, even as I left a goodie bag for the train back to Hanoi. Overall probably the nicest place I stayed in my three week Vietnam trip, I look forward to coming back again.

A great homestay . Close, but not too close to the centre of Tam Coc. But what makes this special is the family who run the homestay. Ly’s arranged drivers, transfers to Cat Ba and advised on restaurants. The rooms were clean and airy. We had the family room for two of us for the extra space and loved it. Recommend for a stay in Tam Coc.

One of the finest home stays in the Ninh Binh Area! The hostess is such a nice woman and she, with her whole family, have takes such a good care of us! The breakfast is really good and you can choose from a variety, from traditional pho to scrambled eggs with toast. They also rent out bikes/mopeds for a fair price to discover the surrounding area!
