Great customer service. Workers are so polite and very professional. One of them Mr. Matthew made my experience really comfortable with his great work etiquette. Would definitely recommend and visit over and over again. Keep up the good work.

Had a pleasant stay here The only thing i didnt really wnjoy was the frequent power outages which is out of yoyr control. I appreciate the assistance of all staff members especially Joseph Klutse , who always made sure my room was very tidy. Thank you team Volta Serene

I so miss Volta Serene Hotel😍 the place is indeed one of a kind The art, the food, and the wonderful facilities blew my mind away Not to mention the wonderful customer service I especially miss the hospitality provided by the workers. Most especially Mr Mathew Kofikumah He welcomed me with so much respect, treated me as a sister and friend, and made me feel very comfortable; he always checked to see if I needed anything or if I faced challenges in using the facilities, and he cleaned my room and decorated it to perfection. Indeed I learned a lot and felt like I was at home.

Everything in the room are in order and anytime there's any need it's promptly provided. I met the room supervisor, Nancy who is nice and friendly and provides great service. She is professional in her approach to customers. I personally appreciate her customer service to clients.

The room was well was nice. Everything was on point. The smell very good. The bathroom was very clean. The towel very clean and I’m very happy staying here. I met Nancy Kpewu Nelson. Nancy was very welcoming very friendly and anytime She’s there to serve you and make things happen and I I think she’s a very good and hard-working worker.

It was a once in a lifetime experience. Loved the experience and the hospitality. The cleaner that cleaned my room did an exceptional job (she is Mavis Agbenyega). Someone tell her to keep it up. I will encourage all to make it a point to visit there.
