Hotels in Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Ho Chi Minh City

The room was good, the view was nice and the space was good, however, as 7M VND per night a room and 5 stars International brand hotel the minibar only provided coffee and basic tea. There is nothing provided for the customer to consume even if willing to pay but the refrigerator was empty. The sound isolation was so bad, people walking outside my room I could hear what they were talking about and the footsteps. For the toiletries, a comb is not even provided to the female customer, so, is the hotel expecting all customers to bring their own?

The hotel location is excellent in middle of restaurant and shops and close to river , The lobby is on 7th floor of Times Square building , Rooms are brand new decor and very good river view , Service is excellent , Breakfast was good but expensive , Overall good and comfortable stay , Recommend , Though in same or lesser price range can get other nearby hotels also .

The hotel location is perfect in district 1. You can practically walk anywhere and because you’re by the river, you don’t feel congested as it’s open in front. Service is brilliant! The staff even helped me find a good phone shop nearby (drew me a a map even!) 1. Just warning, you might be cautious of rooms with windows as the huge new signboard across the river shines through at night. 2. They can provide you with an iron, but no ironing board. 4. Breakfast is simple but for the small selection, the quality is brilliant

My stay at Sheraton Saigon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was truly gold standard — warm, attentive, and professional at every touchpoint. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. The room was spacious, elegant, and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully prepared for comfort and convenience. The amenities were top-class, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, just steps away from shopping, dining, and major attractions, yet still offering a calm and luxurious retreat from the busy streets outside. From service to room quality to location, everything about Sheraton Saigon exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a premium experience in the city.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The location of the hotel was strategic—right in the heart of a tourist area, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The hotel room was clean and well-maintained. However, the only downside was the bathtub/shower setup. The shower head was positioned in a way that faced the door, so when the water was turned on, it splashed onto the floor and made the bathroom quite wet. It was very convenient to find food nearby, and we really appreciated how friendly and welcoming the staff were. The interior design of the hotel was also impressive—stylish and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, with just a minor issue in the bathroom layout.

Pros: The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. They recommended us many nice restaurants nearby. Hotel breakfast is nice. Even though they do not have many choices but each food is excellent. The location is nice with malls surrounding. The room hygiene is ok but found many footprints on the floor which feel so creepy. Cons: There are whole street bars in front of the hotel and my room window facing that area. Unfortunately the room soundproofing is poor. I always wake up in the middle of the night by the noises. I can hear hallway someone entering by lift, my next room talking, watching TV and open or close door.

This is the second time I stayed at this M village brand hotel. This location is a bit tricky so hear me out. Hotel is located in a small alley way that cars can barely drive in. That is because both side of the street is filled with street vendors that flourishes at night time. The alley way is dirty, smelly and some puddle of waste water here and there. Once you arrived at the door steps of the hotel you are good. the building is nicely renovated and looks fine. Given all that said, the location is of the hotel is still awesome because you are just a couple blocks away from the Takashimaya shopping center and Saigon central. And walking distance to large street intersection that had street events at night. The bar street is just around the corner adjacent to the hotel alley. If you don't mind getting harass by the bar girls that are looking for your business. All the action is literally 1-10mins walk day or night activities. The room itself is on the smaller side. The shower is the worse design with a swing door acting as the shower door and toilet door. that idea just doesn't work well. worse shower I had by far in Ho Chi Minh City and I switch hotel everyday for a week at different price point. Staff speak English and is attentive and helpful. However, they can't fix the things the building's downside.

Good hygiene, large room, individually wrapped bath towels, clean and tidy, worth staying in, but the front desk service needs to be improved.

Stayed here for about 10 days on a family holiday. The location is great, right on the river and in the tourist area, if that is what you want. The accommodation was fine from what I can remember. Standard rooms without any major issues that I can remember. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. I didn't use the gym, but it was just one small room that didn't have enough equipment in it, but ticked the gym box type of hotel gym. The pool on the top floor has some nice views. The reception could be a bit more smiley, but other than that didn't have any issues.

I had an amazing stay at Palace Hotel Saigon.The location was fantastic.Everything was super close to the hotel,including famous landmarks like The City Hall,Saigon Central Post Office,etc…You could walk everywhere from the hotel and save a ton of money on taxi rides The breakfast buffet was also amazing and there is a Family Mart and various restaurants, cafes and convenience stores next to the hotel.I would 100% recommend this hotel to others
