The hotel is very near to the Japanese town and there are many craft beer bars as well. I find the hotel very convenient. I will recommend travellers book via Trip.com for the VIP arrival service for the immigration as the queue will be very long. Also booking the car pickup is very important
I’m incredibly grateful to the staff at Silverland Sakyo Hotel for their outstanding professionalism and patience. I had accidentally left my glasses in the shower room after checking out and only realized it once I was already back home. The team was super helpful and responsive — not only did they manage to locate my specs quickly, but they also kindly agreed to keep them safe for me until my next trip in two months. It's rare to find such thoughtful and reliable service these days. Thank you so much — truly appreciated!
Everything was great there, first time staying there, reception lady is very helpful with my enquiries, I will certainly stay there again for my next & subsequent trips!
This hotel is really convenient and close to many places that I wanted to visit. The service here was immaculate. I decided to pay more to upgrade to the papaya room because I personally felt that the Narra room was a little small and the staffs were so nice about it! Totally stress free for me, they even brought me to view to other room before I decided on which room I wanted. 10/10 would come back!! Thank you so much!!
Kin Hotel is located in a great location, quiet and convenient area.
I received warm genuine smiles and welcome from every staff. They are very attentive and very helpful to assist me with checking my grab car. Upon my return, they check in with my day. This is a five star service!
My room was clean, comfortable and peaceful for a good night sleep. I booked 1 room, city view with bathtub.
I enjoyed the beafast buffet, the selection of food I enjoyed the most. The staff were kind to bring my noodle soup to my table and made me a coffee.
This hotel also has a gym and rooftop pool, unfortunately it was undergoing maintenance - After booking I received a note.
I would recommend this hotel.
I stayed in this hotel for two nights and there was no hot water for showering both nights!
Other equipment is still very good.
the room very new
The room is tidy, there is no cigarette smell,
The mattress is very comfortable
the sheets and quilts are very clean,
Quiet environment, no noise.
the fridge good, very cooler.
The kettle is very clean.
If the hot water problem in the bathroom is improved,
I will stay here again next time.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quality linens and pillows. The air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The bathroom was spotless, with a powerful shower and a good selection of toiletries.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

Amazing
Aandy di tangThe hotel is located in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, not far from the main attractions in the city, less than 100 meters away from the lively Japanese Street, and there are many coffee bars and various restaurants around, which makes life convenient, especially at night when it is crowded and lively. The hotel's service is first-class and clean. I stayed for four nights and never saw a cleaner, but the room was always cleaned very clean. The hotel's buffet breakfast is especially worth recommending. It starts at 5:30 in the morning and lasts until 10 in the morning. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, and you can also eat local beef noodles. There is a swimming pool on the top floor, and coffee and simple meals in the lobby. The most profound impression left on me by the whole hotel is quietness and politeness. Maybe it's because there are more Japanese staying in the hotel, most of them are more qualified, and there are almost no mainland and Korean groups here, so there is less bustle and noise. If you want to find a quiet and cost-effective hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, this may be one of your choices.
GGuest UserFor the price we paid, the room standard was below expectation. 1706 had a weird smell upon check in. House Keeping staff put a lighted pineapple which rid the odour for only a day. We stayed for 3 nights. Room was dusty and bin wasn’t cleared. Carpet and bathroom was too dark with black decor. The swimming pool comes with steam room and sauna. We liked the lemongrass scent in the sauna.
LLim fu hwaThe location is excellent, right next to the Japanese Walking Street. The hotel is relatively new, but maintenance and management are lacking. The toilet was flooded, staff had limited English proficiency, and the main entrance was blocked by a hawker stall—hard to imagine for a hotel. The reception has been moved to the basement, requiring guests to walk down 13 steps. Breakfast is served on the first floor with a reasonable selection, but only one staff member handles everything—I assume she is the chef, waitress, and cleaner. You can eat without even providing your room number.
LLinhongshuA little far from the main street of the Japanese town, but within walking distance at all
Convenience stores and restaurants are just around the corner
Binmee is a stall.
Japanese staff and Japanese notation
The room is clean, the desk is large, and there is space to spread the carry case
Amenities are so substantial that they are treated, and overhead showers are complete
Free morning coffee service
The price is cheap and quite recommended for Japanese
Sseaz87I deducted a star for cleanliness cause for 2 consecutive nights around midnight, seems like it's somewhat centralised aircon/toilet air duct where it will blow cigarette air from my lovely neighbour who wishes me to pass on earlier than them. I assumed they may be smoking in the toilet, and somehow the smoke detector did not go off. Please help to improve on the smoke detector to detect such inconsiderate rubbish people. Otherwise, customer service, facilities, cleanliness are all there. It's a pretty good location with ~10 minutes walk to vincom center etc.
TTony2kI had an absolutely delightful stay at Sky Gem Central Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The bed was so comfortable that I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time.
The hotel’s central location was perfect, with major attractions and great dining options just a short walk away. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart.
I was especially impressed by how the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, from providing helpful local tips to accommodating special requests with a smile. Sky Gem Central is a true gem, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! Yayy
MMASASHIUsed this hotel to check out a family trip next summer.
Thanks to discounts on the website, the price was about 50% off, so I was very satisfied.
The location was perfect, in District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City, next to the Japanese town, and it seemed like I could walk to tourist spots.
As for the facilities, apart from the age of the building, there was a kitchen, equipment, etc., so there were no problems.
My only complaint this time was that the lock on the balcony door was broken. It was fixed temporarily, but then broke again.
I think it's also broken in other rooms, so please check it.
Other than that, this hotel is fine for long-term stays.
I have used hotels in this group in other countries as well.
GGuest UserGot a room for 2 nights—room was decently clean. However, the electrical outlets seem to all have problems and I had a hard time trying to insert my plugs (wouldn’t go in properly/all the way). Also found that one of my towels had a lipstick stain only on my last night but I was too exhausted to bother to complain. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for.
