It was located in the alley but easy to find (in front of Ailen Hotel, it also near the McD & Saigon bus station, the room suitable for the solo traveller & also provide the private bathroom, the bed's like a folding style so will give you a space too for packing or walking, elevator also available, so for me it's recommended.

This place is perfect 😘. I love my stay here although I haven’t tried other hostels in HCM but regardless I love my stay because there are cats 😍 totally fantastic. Anyway, if you have allergies with cats better not book here because there are fur and the smell will make you itchy. The place is clean especially the rooms (they have cleaners every morning). Thank god my roommates are not noisy and unclean. We have individual towels, toothbrush, hair brush, razor(which they provided in a bag). The space of my cubicle is good and has this foldable table and 2 sockets for charging and switch to turn on your private light). The room I booked has a shared bathroom but it was clean. Also, you can see in the 1st photo that is where the hostel is but you need to walk until the end and look for the name of the hostel so you won’t get lost.

The hotel enjoys a convenient location near numerous scenic attractions and sightseeing destinations. Several points of interest, including the Cathedral and Ben Than Market, are within walking distance, and a metro station is conveniently located just 500 meters away. The area also boasts a variety of excellent restaurants. Transportation options such as Grab bike or car services are readily available and affordably priced. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness; while minor drainage issues were noted, overall cleanliness was satisfactory. Although my room lacked a window, this did not detract from my stay, offering the added benefit of reduced noise from street traffic. While the walls are not entirely soundproof, nighttime corridor noise was minimal. The hotel features a first-floor spa offering high-quality treatments from skilled and specialized therapists. The breakfast provided was adequate for commencing a day of exploration in Ho Chi Minh City. All staff, including concierge, front office, restaurant, spa, and housekeeping personnel, consistently demonstrated a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Overall a great place. Cool rooftop bar and pool with great cities views. Amazingly friendly informative and helpful staff. Breakfast was about 3star. Could be better. Room was clean and tidy with a huge bed. Will stay her again for sure 👍

Everything up to expectations. Continental Saigon hotel has a long history of more than one hundred years. It’s nice to step inside this hotel and feeling the mood of the past while enjoying all the modern comforts. We booked a suite with balcony and view on the Opera theater. The location is perfect for walking to all the major attractions in district 1 and nearby districts. Check in and out fast and efficient. Staff very helpful to suits our needs. Good breakfast served in a nice inside patio with trees and plants.

We booked 3 nights in standard room with windows, but the window facing into the stairwells, so it really is a room with no windows. Anyway, the bed and room is fairly comfortable once we get used to the room. There is enough shelf and cupboard to store and put away your stuffs that you don't feel clutter. This is a family owned mini hotel type, that are looked after reasonably well by the owner. The hotel is right opposite Takar plaza with clean and air-conditioning food market. Complementary Breakfast is typical eggs and baguette or noodle soup with Vietnamese coffee. I would pay more to get triple room with actual windows an more spaces, if we want to stay on pham ngu lao Street.

Amazing breakfast(taste and choice). Good rooftop. Great concierge. Perfect location. Overall it was good but some very specific points of improvement : - They have a weird green light in the room always on, apparently it's the emergency exit light(the thing you're supposed to have in *public* corridor). Except it's way too bright to sleep and it wasn't on during my first night. They can't turn it off. No idea why they have it inside the room. No other hotels I've been in HCM or the rest of Vietnam have this. This is pretty awkward design as no one can miss the exit direction in 20 sqm even with smoke. - The curtain can't close completely/efficiently so if you're on the east side you'll be bothered by the sunlight quite early. - I didn't take the breakfast for the last night but they automatically charged me the price on my deposit. They had no way to control if I took or not the breakfast, so I had to insist. Not something you like to waste your time on at checkout time. - the wifi was poor(multiple time had the message ”will reconnect when the signal will be better” while the signal looked strong). Also can't connect a Nintendo switch to the wifi.

breakfast very good. staff Khoa serve the egg and noodle to my table, I don't have to stand there to wait. restaurant with the relax music. Hotel staff also very helpful. Anthony introduced where we can have dinner, serve bottle of water while we waited for the tour guide. Four shower head system sure you will enjoy it. Room without window is not really small, we still can find our way to put open the suitcase. Don't miss the Beef Pho noodle soup, the best pho in the hotel during staying in 3 hotels.

Improved Bedding Quality: It would be beneficial if the hotel made regular bed sheet changes to ensure the bedding is fresh, as some guests may experience irritation or discomfort from sheets that aren't clean or are rough. The staff is friendly and kind.
