Ho Chi Minh City Tan Binh Hotels

Perrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrfect. It was okay. Went by taxi but it was near airport. By option, we had beverages so it was nice. I didn't choose a hotel with breakfast option so food cost was increased though from restaurants. Reasonable price and cost effective. Shower room bath room was comparable to the price.

We stayed here for one night to rest between flights, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed cozy, and the bathroom and shower were spotless. We really appreciated the complimentary airport transfer — we requested it in advance, and the hotel kindly arranged for someone to meet us with a sign and take us straight to the hotel. It made our arrival so smooth and easy! We didn’t try the breakfast, so we can’t comment on that. There are also some small convenience stores nearby, which is helpful if you need to grab anything. A great option for a short layover near the airport — calm, clean, and efficient.

Very good hotel. Close to the airport, 10 minutes on foot. The owner is very nice person. She made free upgrade. For those who need sleepover this is the perfect place. 

It was a really spacious studio apartment, substantial for two people to live in it. Usually, many hotels have two nightstands next to the beds as well, but still may feel tight, or that two people are squeezed in. But this one felt like I had so much space. Nice big lamps for each person. I liked the couch, enough room for sitting and doing own thing, and also the small dining table that I could do work on laptop on. A great apartment for online work, I feel. It was useful for us as a place to stay to settle for a few days before embarking on more plans and our journey to central Vietnam. - Not sure how clean the rug is because I know they are hard to clean... - pool is a bit small - very close to the airport and harder to walk to places from there, if trying to see more of the city; it's better to grab - there were multiple little cockroaches seen in the floor of the apartment. + The kitchen and sink area was nice. + Window view was also nice. + Gym is very clean, no outside shoes, there is a whole studio space where you can do whatever - dance, stretch, use yoga mat, and longevity stick. The other part even has boxing gloves and a stand.

Stay for 2 nights with colleague. Location is good, 10 mins from airport, and 30 mins to Benh Thanh (30 mins including traffic). Has restaurants in varied food around and a grocery shop nearby. Room s clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast is good enough. Staff s friendly. My colleague’s room was on 1st floor and she complained of noise from outside traffic and people.  I did not have noise issue as I was on 5th floor. In general, it is very good at this price.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating though they could hardly understand you in English. The room is just fine. Pillows and mattresses are a bit old. The shower is fine but no heater. Its location is 20-25 minute drive to the city center. So, you must rent a motor bike nearby. But there's plenty of restaurants, spas, coffee shops, mini marts around the area. Hence, my score is good.

This is my second time staying at Hera Luxury Hotel, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. I stayed for 3 nights, and everything—from check-in to check-out—was smooth and enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I requested an upgrade from a Superior King Room to a Triple Room, and they handled it with ease. Communication was easy, and they granted my request without any issue. They’ve also improved their breakfast service, now offering a buffet instead of à la carte, with a different menu each day. It was fresh, delicious, and satisfying. Cleanliness is top-tier. The rooms are spotless, with fresh towels, blankets, and pillow covers changed regularly. The bathroom was superb—so clean and well-maintained, it really added to the comfort of the stay. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely return!

Everything in the hotel was great except for the clean up, we checked in around 9pm, then we found that refrigerator in the room was not cleaned at all. So i ask then to clean and change everything such as cup.in room but reception staff help us by changing the room to new room. But when we moved to new room, again that we found a refrigerator full of water melted . But we were too tired to do anything so we used a paper towel to wipe it and keep in mind that house keeping here is terrible

Receptionist was lovely and tries his best to understand me a non Vietnam speaker using his mobile phone for translation. The room is not clean. There are a number of hair in the washroom on arrival. The quilt does not have a cover and has stains looks new stain. I did not bother complaining to reception due to language barrier and it was late at night and Im only there for few hours. I just did not use the quilt. The location is good near to airport convenient for early morning flight and there is 2 x 24 hour convenience store nearby.
