Ho Chi Minh City District 4 Hotels

I really liked everything! There's a kitchen where I cooked every day. All the necessary utensils are provided. The washing machine is very easy to use. Shampoo and shower gel are also available. The air conditioning worked very well. I was given a room on a high floor with a beautiful view. There are shops and a pharmacy downstairs. There's a swimming pool on the 7th floor! Everything is just perfect! The reception staff is also very friendly. I love Vietnam!❤️❤️❤️

The host here is very friendly. When I made a reservation, a staff member personally guided me through the process, and if I used Zalo, they even created a separate group room to address any issues I might have. The room condition and price were reasonable, and it was close to the city center and tourist attractions. There's also a supermarket, convenience store, and pharmacy below the apartment, making it convenient. I plan to stay here again.

This is a newly built, unmanned hotel. I stayed for nine nights. Because I was staying long-term, I had to consider the value for money. First of all, the location is excellent, being in District 4. Major tourist attractions in District 1 are within a five-minute drive. Housing is provided every three days, and they're available immediately upon request, so I didn't experience any major inconveniences. Towels are also replaced or refilled the same day if requested. It's a bit quiet late at night, so it's not ideal for those returning home late at night alone. If you're traveling with at least two people, you shouldn't have any problems. Because of the construction site nearby, it can be a bit noisy in the mornings. Considering the price, it seems like a great option. Oh, and there's a local restaurant, Gum Tam, just a 3-minute walk away. Of course, it's not **across the street**. Exit the hotel, turn right, then right again. Go straight and you'll find a busy intersection. You'll know it when you see it. *If you're looking for value, this is perfect. It has everything you need, and the bedding is clean. I'm speaking based on my experience in Ho Chi Minh City over 40 times. ^^

The hotel is located in an easy-to-find location, and communication is also very convenient. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to assist when needed. The room is clean and tidy, creating a comfortable feeling. I am quite satisfied with the experience here. I will definitely come back and introduce this hotel to my friends.

Really enjoyed my stay. This place is not a hotel so there is no real reception or hotel staff. The people renting out this place will pick you up for check in and otherwise communicate over chat and are really friendly. Located in District 4 right next to a bridge straight to District 1 and really close to the Bui Vien walking street. You can alnost reach all the major tourist attractions in District 1 by foot within 15-30mins. Downstairs is a really nice Cafe with tasty food and two convenience stores. The room itself looks as advertised, nothing to complain. Can totally recommend this place for solo travelers.

I really liked this place! View is amazing, location 10/10. It has multiple convenience stores at the first floor , which is really convenient. Stable wi-fi, so no problem for people who need to work during the trip. Definitely worth its money. Thank you very much!

Studio kind of hostel with one queen bed and sofa bed which doesn’t seems very clean, also it’s kinda annoying because we’re really having hard time to communicate well with the staff…location wise it’s quite near to all attractions and 3 convenient stores nearby (literally just below of the apartment). However, we don’t think that we will be staying here again next time

The place is a bit far from the places you would commonly visit in Saigon. But if you want to have a relaxing, quiet, and peaceful place, this is perfect. The place is best for families visiting Saigon. I enjoyed my stay there and some of the facilities. People are nice, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely book this place again, if I visit Saigon again.

Great host.  Apartment is clean as advertised and host is responsive and responsible.  Location is fine.  Easy distance to food and theres a grocery downstairs which is 24 hrs and a family mart nearby.  Just grab to district 1 if you wanted to there or you can also walk as along the way theres many restaurants.  We walk to Ho Chi Ming Museum, temple and bridge.
