Hotel change names from Citadines Regency Hotel to T Ritz. A bit hard to find on the GRAB as it's still new in the name. Googlemap still having the old names but put the hotel closed. This hotel still here. All the old staff is the same as friendly. A good place to stay.

This was a very good stay! We stayed in Deluxe twin room and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. I really liked the concept of the hotel and first community flor. The staff was very helpful and had a great English knowledge so I could communicate without any problem. Also laundry on the 11th floor was very helpful. Definitely would stay in this hotel for my next trip to HCM!!

Stayed 2 nights here out of 4 nights in saigon. I must say this hotel is more expensive but less than a satisfactory experience. The lobby is much smaller than expected. Rooms are also small and noisy. Neighbor banging doors. kids running outside. outdoor singing non stop until 11 pm. the only positive is the breakfast which is slightly better than Mai house but overall price ratio is still much behind. Maybe more suited to the younger tourists who enjoy loud music and rooftop bar but not for me. Mai house out perform in every way.
I was very happy with my stay here! Room was clean and spacious, the restaurant food was tasty, and every staff member was very helpful and kind!
I'd like to especially thank the receptionists and guards that were on duty during my stay there. I don't remember their names, but what made me deeply thankful is how helpful they were, and here's why: I'm a slightly disabled person (my disability is almost not visible, nevertheless, sometimes it can cause some complications) and also since an accident two years ago which involved stairs, I'm really scared of walking up or down the stairs if there's not anything to hold on to. I didn't pay attention when booking this hotel, but when I arrived there, I saw that one part of their entrance staircase had no railing to hold on to, and then there were pillars and decorations right next to where the railing started, on both sides of the staircase, which made it difficult to access the railing. So it was kind of hard for me to take those stairs, but I managed to walk them 1-2 times. But then, some of their staff members must have noticed I'm having some issues while taking the stairs, and since then, every time I was going out or coming back to the hotel, someone from the reception would come and offer me a hand to walk the stairs. It was really sweet how they helped me without me asking them to do so, and also without judging me or asking personal questions about my disability. Truly wish them all the best!
Second time staying here. Nice boutique hotel good value for money. Love the design of the entire hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Location is awesome. Yes night time there are a lot of younger people hanging around may create a bit more noise but didn’t bother me. Close walking distance to most attractions and sites in hcmc. Great breakfast as well. Small gym but sufficient for a short workout. Would stay here every time I come back to hcmc.
Book a room for 2 nights at Central Park Saigon. location is still ok, some shops around, infront of a park, busy street infront and restaurant in 5-10mins walk. no supermarket around. hotel didnt provide free mineral water or bottled water. iron and iron board not provided. breakfast is simple, don't expect to much. but hotel is very clean. and the staff is friendly.
So happy with our choice, everything was excellent! Staff are all helpful, location is convenient close to the airport as well. We choose this due to the kids entertainment, play room and pool which was perfect. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite, it was so spacious with laundry facilities which was very useful.
If we come back to Ho chi mihn again, we will definitely stay here.

📍The Concept Hotel HCMC 🇻🇳
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is situated near a construction site and a main road, with the city center a bit farther away. However, its proximity to Ho Chi Minh City airport makes it a convenient choice for travelers.
Inside, the hotel features a charming ambiance and offers excellent value for stays under 50 SGD. It also provides a powerful washing machine and dryer for free use, which is a thoughtful touch. Be sure to share your feedback promptly, as the attentive customer service greatly enhanced our experience during the second night.
GGuest Userstaff was friendly & nice, would be better if they could refill for their breakfast.
Next to hotel, there is a cafe for coffee & drinks. There is a chinese dim sum restaurant just near at the corner, food was good, recommended.
AAnonymous UserThe service front desk is not far from the pictures shown on Ctrip. The waiter is quite enthusiastic, but it is a bit troublesome for Chinese people not to use foreign social software. No one replied to the email. However, you can contact the homestay using the online virtual phone according to the order. The homestay is clean and tidy, and the room has sunlight. It is in a small alley, so it is relatively quiet at night and you can sleep well. The space is also relatively large.
YYJNGDTVClean and sanitary, there was someone on duty until midnight. The boss was very helpful and even drove me to the train station for free, which was very heartwarming. He is a good person in Saigon.
HHYEJINI booked a flight past midnight on the last day of my trip. They gave me early check-in, so I went straight to my room, unpacked my luggage, and visited the Pink Cathedral, ending my enjoyable trip~
