Ho Chi Minh City District 3 Hotels

Overall it’s good. But I hope that the hotel can improve better in terms of have the USB Ports on the 2 sides of the bed for charging of mobile phones and have universal power sockets too. And having an added study table will also be good since there is additional space in the room. Also, the shower handle is kind of short. I’m standing at 1.79m and when using the shower handle to wash my head and upper body, I have to bent down a little bit.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was simple and bright, offering a high level of comfort. The swimming pool was nice, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The location was very convenient; there were coffee shops nearby, and with just a short walk, I found a variety of restaurants and street food options. I even walked all the way to District 1, the city center, which had many attractions to explore, including the famous church and other tourist sites, all within walking distance. It was also super quick to get to the hotel from the airport; it took me just 15 minutes at night.

I was very surprised with the room size and location of the hotel. It is really convenient to visit the city center. Although there is no breakfast at the hotel, there are many restaurants around. There is a room for self-washing and ironing. The room is clean, the staff is enthusiastic! I will continue to book a room for the next vacation.

From the elegant decor to the exceptional service, every detail felt thoughtfully curated. Our Premium King Room was spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed — the bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a busy day exploring Saigon. While we didn’t try the breakfast, the Friday and Saturday night seafood buffet was absolutely outstanding. The quality and variety of dishes exceeded our expectations — from fresh prawns and oysters to expertly prepared hot dishes and desserts. It was one of the best dining experiences we had in Vietnam. The hotel’s ambiance strikes a great balance between luxury and warmth. It’s also conveniently located, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. Highly recommended — and we’ll definitely stay again on our next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

The room was very cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Everything was arranged thoughtfully, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it.

We stayed here as a family and appreciated the apartment-style layout, which makes it a good option for families. The rooms are recently renovated, and towels are fresh and new, which added a nice touch. However, there are a few downsides worth mentioning: • The bathrooms are extremely small, which may be uncomfortable, especially for families. • While the hotel advertises having a kitchen, it’s very minimally equipped—only 2 cups provided for 4 guests, and most utensils seem to be in sets of two, even though the apartment had two double beds. There’s also no dish soap, sponge, or basic supplies, so anything you use is left dirty unless you bring your own cleaning items. • The cleaning service is extremely limited. It basically consists of emptying the toilet bin and making the bed. The kitchen is left untouched, even if messy, and things like empty soda cans or general surface mess are not cleared. It’s the bare minimum level of cleaning I’ve experienced in a hotel setting

The hotel has a very convenient location and is clean inside. Everything you need for a trip is in the hotel (hair dryer, safe, iron, microwave, air conditioner, refrigerator). There is a lot of everything nearby. We were met by a nice security guard, who then helped us with everything, allowed us to leave our suitcase at the reception when leaving, and when we came back for it, he wanted to help us call a taxi to our next destination. In general, only positive emotions about this hotel, I will definitely recommend it to my friends!

Always coming back to Sherwood residence every time I come to Saigon. Room is spacious and very clean. Staff is very helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was excellence. Highly recommended. Thank you Sherwood Residence!

The place is nice and comfy. Service crews were friendly and helpful. There is free laundry to use, which is amazing. Although there is no stairs for our room type, the service crew helped us to carry all our luggage to the door. Will definitely recommend this place!

There was a lot of water coming out from the air conditioner at midnight. The staff told me that night was fully booked so she could not change room for me. Only brought me some towels to wipe the water. The water still came out all night and I had to wake up every 2 hours to turn off the air conditioner and turn it back on. Not happy about it. Hope they solve the problem before the next customers come to check-in
