Hotel with different rooms type for an insane low price. Beautiful swimming pool with view, restaurant and bar on the rooftop. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

It was a nice experience. I'm definitely booking it again. The location is good, close to the walking street, but far enough to be quiet. There's a laundry spot around the corner. And the pool was a nice addition. Some towels had permanent stains though.

Booked this room with friends and the toilet window and curtain were see through, hence making it inconvenient to use the toilet with friends of different genders. We informed the hotel staff and they were very accommodative by handling the matter promptly. Location was convenient and accessible to tourist landmarks such as Ben Thanh Market. The rooftop bar view was super pretty and the food ware great.

The location was perfect for what we wanted close to markets and shops and the view from our room was just beautiful. The customer service was amazing, especially the doorman who always greeted us with a smile and was happy to help us find whatever we needed. The pool was nice and quiet and was especially beautiful at night with the lights. Overall we loved it

Staff were super friendly and accommodating upon arrival, carried my (super heavy) bags in for me, was shown around the capsule floor, locker, bathrooms, how the capsule works, etc. capsule was a super cool experience - cosy and the most comfortable bed I’ve had the whole 2 weeks I’ve been in Vietnam. Pool is open til 10pm which is later than others I’ve stayed at, which is good. We tried to sneak a midnight swim but we got kicked out of the pool which was a bummer but the staff were really good about it and got us towels😆 security guard out the front is so lovely and always greets you as you come and go.

Staff was really nice, upgraded our rooms when they realized they overbooked what we reserved. Bar and pool were very convenient and cute! The bathroom in my room was kind of weird, the tub was not installed properly and there was no shower curtain so the bathroom got wet every time I showered. One of my friend had ants in her bed. It was a good hotel for the price and location though. 10 mins walk from the walking street and not too far from the market either

The basic room is a studio apartment. The gym does not have air conditioning. The staff are very unfriendly. The view from the roof top bar is good but the food and service is lacking.

The hotel was nice, however, not what we expected. We stayed in a space pod style thing. This is not what we anticipated but we were only there for 1 night and exhausted so just got on with it. The hotel was nice, just an unusual set up and unlike anything we’d seen before.

The staff was helping and friednly, our request were fufilled. The room was clean and well kept👍🏻

This time is the worst experience I have had, and it is also the only time I have bothered to write a negative review, in order to expose Ctrip’s ugly appearance. , in order to expose the overbearing terms of this hotel, I booked this hotel close to Pham Ngu Lao Bar Street on the morning of December 10th. I booked a double capsule room for three days (20 square meters as written in the title, irrevocable). I paid 652.14 yuan for the three-day room online. , I received the booking success message a few minutes later. At this time, I clicked to enter the hotel facilities page and found a line of small text: Shared bathroom. I felt it was inappropriate. I immediately contacted Ctrip to cancel the reservation. At this time, I saw the hotel’s standard one-room The room price was 273 yuan, so I wanted to cancel the reservation and rebook a standard room for 273 yuan. Ctrip told the hotel that it refused. At this time, I suddenly found that the price of a standard room had become 322 yuan in the blink of an eye. At this time, Ctrip's reply was that the hotel did not accept it. If you agree to cancel, if you need to upgrade to a standard one-room room, you will not have to pay the room fee based on the price difference of 322-652.14/3 (approximately 218/day) = 104, but the hotel's retail price. You need to pay the price difference of 180 yuan per day, that is They told me that it would cost 398 yuan/day to upgrade to a standard one-bedroom apartment, not the 322 yuan/day marked online, nor the 273 yuan/day that I suddenly changed during the communication. And I had to go to the front desk to pay the money, and I was not allowed to rebook online. The reason was that the room price clearly stated that it was irrevocable. I didn't see the small text inside that said shared bathroom. That was my own responsibility. The hotel If you do not agree to cancel or cancel, you can only rebook other rooms in the hotel at the front desk at the rack price instead of the online price. Since I didn’t see clearly the tiny text on Ctrip’s page that said shared bathroom, I thought that a 20-square-meter house was not too small, so I arrived at the hotel around 7 p.m. and was forced to sign a three-page document. After submitting any documents, a total of RMB 540 was added in three days to upgrade the room to a standard one-bedroom room, which cost RMB 498 per day. At this time, the standard one-room price on Ctrip is 322 yuan. At this time, my friend checked through Ctrip that the standard one-room price was 258. Ctrip's big data expertise is well-deserved. At this time, Ctrip's reply was that it could compensate me for part of the price difference, but I refused. Because I was tired from the journey and it was dark, I went to bed in a hurry at night. Secondly, I took a serious look at the double capsule room in the hotel. The description is as follows: The room is about 20 square meters. There are two beds in a row, bunk beds and bunk beds, a total of 4 beds (see the picture below). Each bed is about 3 square meters. In fact, it is the kind of bunk bed in our school with the mosquito net made of white plastic. It's just a board, and the suitcases are just placed in the aisle. The shared bathroom is on the corridor out of the room. At this time, I suddenly discovered that Ctrip said there was a private bathroom in the shared bathroom, but there was no private bathroom in the room. After the staff pointed out, the so-called private bathroom was just next to the corridor. A public toilet next to a shared bathroom, but you have to be alone every time you go to the toilet, is called a private toilet, ****! Didn’t Ctrip say that the room is 20 square meters? There are 4 canopy beds placed in a 20-square-meter room, and the suitcases are placed in the corridor (see picture). Please carefully look at the pictures to see how dilapidated this kind of hotel is. One of the two elevators is broken. The coffee table in the hotel lobby is covered with a thick layer of dust. There are obvious cracks in the outer wall of the hotel. It is already a dilapidated building. The furniture is at least ten years old. Above (no refutation is accepted, you are welcome to take pictures on site and cross-examine with me, if it is not true I am willing to take responsibility), the gym has a very strong smell, there are three pieces of equipment (see picture), one is broken and has been disassembled and placed on site, the air conditioner in the room The switch fell off (witnessed by the security guard who delivered the luggage), there were mosquitoes in the room (witnessed by the aunt who cleaned the room on the spot), and the dust at the air conditioner outlet was terrifyingly thick. Let’s talk about breakfast. I don’t dare to explain how bad and dirty it is. I suggest Ctrip send someone to have a try! And the front desk clerk, I just want to charge you 540 more for three days, how can you tolerate my ugly face, which makes me hate Ctrip infinitely! This stay was the worst experience I have had in decades of business travel. I saw Ctrip and the hotel teaming up to defraud consumers, I saw Ctrip’s big data exploits, and I saw the chaos in Vietnam’s tourism market and the complicated and distorted psychology of Chinese tourists. .
