Unfortunately, my recent experience at what is supposed to be a 5-star hotel fell short of expectations. The initial room had a strong, pervasive humidity smell. While I appreciated the quick room change, the new room presented the same issue: the unpleasant odor returned immediately when the air conditioning was turned off, leaving me to choose between freezing temperatures or an uninviting smell. Additionally, the carpet in the room was stained, and the sound insulation was inadequate. Even on the 16th floor, I was disturbed by significant outside noise at night. Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, these fundamental issues with the room quality severely impacted my stay. Consequently, I would not recommend this hotel to others, nor will I be returning.

The location is great!The environment is also great, the staff are very enthusiastic, and they have given us great room.It's a room with a corner window.
The staff in the swimming pool are also very friendly.
We will come back again.
