Oh my goodness 😱 How can there be such an outstanding, top-tier five-star hotel in HCMC , Vietnam I thought I had stepped into a five-star hotel in Dubai! This hotel is first-class in every aspect—decoration, service, environment, dining, rooms, and so much more. Most importantly, the price is incredibly affordable, offering unbeatable value for money. It completely outshines other hotels like the Sheraton, Grand Hyatt, and Shangri-La! A special shout-out must go to the front desk manager, Harry . His warm hospitality and flawless English left a deep impression on the guests, making him truly deserving of praise. 环境：perfect

The staff here are exceptionally friendly and the hotel is spotless! I travel frequently across Europe, the US, and Southeast Asia, and I can confidently say this is one of the best in terms of room condition and service. I look forward to returning soon!

It was the best hotel! Japanese hotels must learn from this level of service. I was able to store my luggage until 7 PM since my flight to go home was at midnight. Additionally, I could take a free shower before leaving. The breakfast in the morning was so delicious, and what impressed me the most was the kindness of all the staffs. Please continue to be this wonderful hotel. I would love to stay again. Thank you so much!

Loved the location as it was just on the outside of busy busy District 1 . Hotel transfers to some key attractions in D1 provided by the hotel were also great, especially the one to the heart of Chinatown in D5. Would not have wandered there otherwise. Highlight of the stay definitely had to be some of the staff who were helpful and attempted to always help in all sorts of situations! Kim from Front Desk has our 10/10 vote!

Hotel chosen for the second time during this year. As per last time confirmed that salon for breakfast appears to be too small for the number of guests in the hotel. Just one day and for some rooms breakfast was arranged at 11th floor as temporary due to the high numbers of people. I suggest to keep it as definitive. Moreover Coffee machine for espresso coffee it’s too old and very slow. It causes a lot of people waiting also because it’s just one. Food offered at breakfast was acceptable. Room size was ok but bathroom with some problems in the shower where it was not easy to adjust the temperature of water (or too hot or too cold). Anyway it seems to be an hotel too much tourism oriented, instead of business oriented which I would have preferred.

Equatorial HCMC is a great and relaxing hotel to stay in District 5 with easy access to downtown. Hotel has great service, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff like Haley. Gym has great weightlifting setup and pool is great too!
