The location is great as it is only a 7 minute walk to Saigon Square. But the hotel staff did not clean our room in the three days we stayed at the hotel and the towels were not clean. Also, we didn’t use our pillows the first night because they smelled bad. Hopefully the service will improve because the hotel is affordable and the location is also perfect.

The shower room and the sink had poor drainage, and it took a long time for the water to drain. I booked for two nights, and there were two or three small bags of body soap and shampoo on the first day, but there were no replenishments on the second day. I haven't checked if they gave me one at the front desk. There was no hair dryer, and I wonder if they would have lent one to me if I had asked at the front desk? It's close to Ben Thanh Market, so there are no restaurants to eat at, making it the perfect location for moving around the area.
