One of the best hotel I have stayed in. The location was perfect, right above the shopping mall Saigon Centre. Service was immaculate, room was extremely beautiful. Would definitely come back again.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities.
However, the one downside was the elevator service. It was quite slow and often involved a long wait. This was a bit frustrating.

Staff needs to be better trained. Lacking in smiles. As if unhappy or bored or no confidence.
Aircon panel don't seem to be able to adjust.
No facial tissue/ dustbin at the toilet sink.
More thought could be put into the amenities in the room.
For the price I expected more.

The room service was well done. There was daily fruit top up and coffee/tes at the pantry at every floor. Location was perfect for sight seeing such as the Ben Thanh market, Opera House, Skydeck and Post Office. The church is currently under restructuring. Takashimaya is just beneath the hotel. Lotsa restaurants and supermarket.
