What I Liked: Exceptional Service The staff responded immediately when I raised an issue with my original room and upgraded me without hesitation. This was a huge relief since I arrived past 7 PM after a long flight and was extremely tired. They also accommodated my mobility concerns by allowing me to use the staff elevator from the ground floor—something I truly appreciated. Prime Location The hotel is just a short walk from the famous Ben Thanh Market, surrounded by plenty of shops and dining options. If you don’t mind a lively, bustling area, this is an excellent spot to stay. Upgraded Room The upgraded room exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel—spacious, with strong water pressure and multiple showerhead options. While there’s no bathtub, I rarely use one, so it wasn’t an issue. The room itself was much larger than expected, with large windows and surprisingly quiet despite being near a busy street. Additional perks I loved: Netflix-ready TV (with an account already logged in) Comfortable bed with quality linens and pillows Breakfast For the price, the breakfast selection was reasonable and satisfying. What Could Be Improved: Mobility Access Accessibility can be challenging as the main entrance and breakfast area both require stairs. An alternative solution for guests with mobility issues would be a great improvement. Amenities There’s no pool or gym, so if those are essential for your stay, this might not be the best fit. Personally, this wasn’t an issue since I only stayed overnight. Original Room Condition The first room I checked into needed better maintenance, particularly the air conditioning. Since the room had no windows, it felt hot and humid. Considering I arrived late, there should have been enough time to ensure everything was in proper working order. Overall, despite a few areas for improvement such as accessibility and amenities, the excellent service, prime location, spacious upgraded room, and reasonable breakfast make this hotel a solid choice. I would still recommend it for a comfortable stay, especially if you value convenience and attentive staff which is a very important factor to me as it can make or break the whole stay experience.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, whether it was giving directions, arranging transport, or recommending local food spots. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished, with all the essentials I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to rest well after a full day of sightseeing.

breakfast very good. staff Khoa serve the egg and noodle to my table, I don't have to stand there to wait. restaurant with the relax music. Hotel staff also very helpful. Anthony introduced where we can have dinner, serve bottle of water while we waited for the tour guide. Four shower head system sure you will enjoy it. Room without window is not really small, we still can find our way to put open the suitcase. Don't miss the Beef Pho noodle soup, the best pho in the hotel during staying in 3 hotels.

We enjoyed our 2 day stay here. Breakfasts were simple, but fresh. We booked a room without a window, however there was a window - that was a nice thing, too. This hotel is perfect for a short stay, it’s located not far from major sightseeing spots. The only thing is that lighting in the room could be a bit better (it was quite dim to our liking). The stuff was friendly and hospitable. Would definitely choose this hotel again.
