Relatively near to bui vien walking street, location is not the most ideal however if you’re taking grab/grabbike it is quite convenient.
Service is great and room is clean and well furnished.

The room smells moldy and toilet is clogged. Requested for an upgrade, they didn't offer it for free or gave a complimentary. Deluxe Room's AC is not cold enough. The room is too hot even with an 18°C AC temperature. The AC has a small hp for the room. Asked for a refund, the owner pretended she didn't know we paid for the upgrade. The elevator is not well-maintained.

The is horrible hotel. They allow hourly rental. There are guests check in 2 am and bring music and maybe ***** into room turned super loud for party. They party until 5am. I did call receptionist complaint few times, he can’t do anything with it. Will not recommend for family stay.
