We arrived at 7pm+ yet made us wait a long time at the lobby,reason no record on booking than following wait for them to clean the room,took us almost an hours waiting after a long journey.
It was supplying us once we opened the room,it had a used condom with sperm.,see photo

The place is not so far from ng central it takes 14 Minuites used of motorbike .Just asked for help to Lobby personnel for the assistance for renting motorbike.The Hotel is Verygood.We stay for a long day to enjoy the city tour .

Quite awful. On arrival we were asked 10 times for the same passport, of which a photo was taken every time. Checking-in during the evening with no other clients around during book-in time, it took the admin an hour and the booking reservation in English and Vietnamese (multiple times) to take us to the room. The room was dirty with hair on the bed, dirty bedding, finished plastic cups, drinks and sweet papers on the floor and in the fridge. Oh, and the admin came and demanded to keep my passport with him with no reason given when asked why.

Not a pleasant stay, ending up leaving early due to an incident at 4am with a man coming into the room. Didn't feel safe there, especially with that happening. They wanted to keep my passport, whereas other hotels just scan. The towels were very old and crusty and many marks on sheets. Couldn't work out how to turn the fridge on and odd smell from bathroom. The lights on the celling were nice but there was no way to turn off and glowed the whole time. I did get a partial refund.
