👍🏻very convenient, a convenience store and pharmacy just across the street
👍🏻many delicious japanese and korean restaurants nearby
👍🏻the sweetest most helpful staff ever
👍🏻nice breakfast and dining area
👎🏻water was not hot enough
👎🏻only half a glass door at the shower / bath, it was tough not to get the entire bathroom floor wet

A good little room in HCMC. The bathtub was nice and well maintained. The only downside is that the room didn't have any windows, which was fine for us since we got it for a really good price and we just wanted a nice quiet dark room to sleep and rest.
