Location good , room so far ok but abit floor abit dirty overall ok ,but only toilet cannot accept.

It's in a narrow alley, so you can't take a taxi.
The walls are thin, so the soundproofing is useless.
You can hear the sound from the next room. If you turn on the TV, it's noisy.
The rooftop pool had a nice view and the water was crystal clear. but
I'm not good enough to swim. "Better than nothing."
It's quiet at night as it's away from the road.
The staff's response is very good.
I asked them to extend the check-out time for a fee.

Despite the name it seems to be a hostel. It is located in district 5 so not very close to the center: you need to get around by taxi. The hall is impassable because it has been transformed into a parking lot for scooters: there are dozens of them. Rats and large cockroaches walk peacefully in front of the entrance. Ours was a single room, very large, with two double beds, a window, a kettle. There is no hairdryer. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom is terrible, dirty and smelling like sewage: the tiny sink leaked water and the shower was uncomfortable because it didn't stay fixed. On the fourth floor there is a swimming pool, old and neglected.
