Skygem is located right next to ‘Little Japan’ so surrounded by bars and places to eat! I found the staff helpful, language was not a problem.

The hotel is situated in an area that is conveniently close to the mall and nearby attractions. The quality of service provided was satisfactory.

Got a room for 2 nights—room was decently clean. However, the electrical outlets seem to all have problems and I had a hard time trying to insert my plugs (wouldn’t go in properly/all the way). Also found that one of my towels had a lipstick stain only on my last night but I was too exhausted to bother to complain. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for.

All of the staff was very friendly. The hotel rooms window just looked into a wall, so felt closed in. The walls were also extremely thin and there was lots of noise all night and early morning. It was difficult to sleep. The gym equipment was limited and very worn out. The pool was also unavailable. But it was an easy walk to some great sightseeing points.

Swimming pool waa not in service. Room was too small. Breakfast was OK. Highly priced can pass for other option.
