Hotel facilities and service attitude of hotel staff is very bad I booked a hotel to rest while waiting for my flight (booked from 10pm to 4am flight the next morning) After a car trip from Vung Tau to Saigon for nearly 3 hours, I was very tired, I checked in to the hotel (at this time, the hotel situation is noisy and chaotic: 10pm), the staff let us check in on the 1st floor. 5 After checking in, I didn't have time to do personal hygiene or do anything else, I found out that the water was cut off and there was no water, alerted the staff, the staff reported that ks had a water outage many floors above, We needed to go out for an appointment, so we rushed and agreed to move to a new room on the 2nd floor with water for personal hygiene and go out quickly. At 1am we went back to the hotel to take advantage of rest: the water was still cut off on the 2nd floor and was informed that we shared 1 bathroom on the ground floor for all guests in the hotel (ie on 1 floor, need vs or whatever, go downstairs) We asked for 2 bottles of water to wash our face, remove makeup for our girlfriend, and clean our teeth for the morning, but the reception insisted on charging 2 new bottles of water (we were very upset about this). We were very upset, but it was already 1am at 1am, and at 3am we had to go to the airport for a flight, so we went up to the room to rest for a bit. --- The next problem was that we couldn't turn off the lights in the room to sleep, we informed the hotel, the staff told us to remove the lock, which means that all electricity in the room will turn off the air conditioner... After we argued with the staff member, the staff member informed us to change rooms to the 7th floor. In the end, it was just that we had to go to the waiting room for an hour and then go to the airport soon, the whole night was sleepless and very tired. (So: we rented a hotel to rest for about 5 hours, we were asked to change rooms 3 times, no water, can't turn off the lights, noisy and messy, the attitude and handling of the staff is so bad. Can I ask if the hotel should close the door?) (I only uploaded 1 illustration, the rest are quite large videos that can't be uploaded) Check-in and stay time is at night, so the trip has no support, chat box auto reply is very annoying We took pictures, filmed each of the above mentioned issues, and argued with KS staff about the above concerns.

It's ok for the price. The staff are friendly and the water comes out well.
