Place was very dirty. Morning counter staff was rude. Night counter deserve my praise as our fridge is not cold and he immediately went to another room to exchange a fridge for us. Definitely not going back and not recommended.

The overall all stay was okay. There were minor setbacks such as the AC not working and wrong room being given but they did their best to make up for it.

The hotel is located in the alley of Biwen Street. It is not difficult to find. Although it is close to Biwen Street, the room is surprisingly quiet. There is a supermarket nearby for gas and snacks. It is very convenient. The service attitude at the counter during the day is great. , which is also the reason why I stayed one more night. However, the shower gel comes in a convenience pack, but it is acceptable for this price. There is no hairdryer in the room🥲

I had booked for 2 nights, but due to a change in my itinerary, I stayed at a separate inn in Hanoi on the first day. Since I had already paid for 2 days, I arrived thinking that the room would be reserved for the second night even though I did not contact them, but the room was canceled because I had not contacted them. Ta. Personally, I was not satisfied with the extra charges incurred to secure a separate room. The accommodation itself is clean and has a good location, so I can recommend it. There is noise until midnight, but I think it's good for people who want to have fun until midnight.

Small hotel, less than 5 minutes' walk to Pham Ngu Lao Street, no elevator, and the front desk can communicate in simple English. Hygiene: Tell the front desk that you need to clean, and then someone will come to clean. Facilities: There is air conditioning and a bathroom. Don’t think too much about anything else.
