Stayed there for a few nights but note that this is far from the rest of old city center so u need to take a grab.
Check in and check out was extremely slow, service was average.
Hotel room was noisy and bright from outside the hotel and in room dining food was average and limited. Breakfast was better tasting.
Will not be back.

We quite enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. The reception team are very efficient and friendly. They were very supportive and understanding when we had to extend our stay, yet rooms were already fully booked. Breakfast was excellent and the changing menu meant that we had something new every day, which made our 8 day stay quite comfortable. Response to requests was very quick and all staff we interacted with were super friendly, calm, respectful and kind. Will definitely stay in this hotel again!

Good location with attentive and courteous service staff - lobby counter; F&B, concierge; other facilities’ service staff are generally all commendable.
Rooms are quite well maintained with adequate supplies and the buffet breakfast spread is excellent.

Very good location and breakfast options are also impressive. Housekeeping can be better as I see dust beside the side tables beside my bed throughout my 4 day stay. The design of the power plug beside the work table is poor as the cable will be obstructed by the cover. Remove the cover or rotate the direction by 180 degrees.

Everything was perfect until the next day I found a mask in the corner of the bed floor which made me feel disgusted. If it wasnt for that then everything would have been perfect but seeing that kinda threw me off and made me wish the day passed asap

Only lobby lounge was opened on the day i arrived, food quality was soso. Tourist group was crowding the hotel lobby and made it difficult to find the line to queue up for checking, even more difficult to get close to the luggage storage corner or checking counter, spending much of my time for waiting to settle down after arrival. Staff at entrance were polite and helpful and had done their job greatly.
