Exceptional Service and Ideal Location! My recent stay at the Dahlialand Saigon Hotel was truly excellent, largely thanks to the phenomenal service provided by their entire team. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the reception staff. I want to give a special shout-out to Ivy at reception, who was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. She immediately made us feel valued and even provided us with a complimentary upgrade to a family-size room for our first day, which was a wonderful surprise and a perfect start to our trip. The commitment to service excellence continued throughout our stay; every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Beyond the service, the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. It is exceptionally ideal for tourists, as we found ourselves within easy walking distance of so many amenities. The area is packed with great food options, excellent shopping opportunities, and convenient nail and spa salons—everything you need is right on your doorstep. Thank you so much to the Dahlialand Saigon Hotel staff for your outstanding hospitality and for taking the extra steps to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was a great value for money. The housekeeping is excellent, with new toothbrush, toothpaste, and towel provided every day. The location is very convenient—about a 30-minute ride to the airport and surrounded by many restaurants (including great pho and Vietnamese bread) and young ladies' fashion shops on the back street. The hotel services are great, and it's popular with many tourists. I didn't use the gym, so I can't comment on the amenities.
