Not bad.
Kitchen is good enough, however the pots are old and the pan doesn't have the top. The cupboards were dirty, smelly and with black long hair. The cutlery is absent, there were no teaspoons and just one small knife.
Living room is fine, there are TV, sofa, table.
The washing machine in the balcony too dirty, I didn't use it.
The bedroom is fine, big bed, bedside table and the wardrobe.
The bathroom isn't in excellent condition, the toilet is broken. The rug is dirty.
Moreover there was a lot of dark hair everywhere on the floor and we asked the cleaning, but it didn't help actually.
If you don't actually care about the clean area, it's OK for some days.

The room is so clean and comfortable, the host is friendly and fast response. The area is very center, very convenience. Shopping mall, 24/7 convenience store, restaurant, coffee shop, big suppermarket… everything is near by. Highly recommend here for short and long time trip.

Căn hộ thoải mái và sạch sẽ. Xung quanh có nhiều nhà hàng và cửa hàng tiện lợi. Sát bên là toà nhà Landmark 81. Có cả công viên bờ sông rất đẹp.
Khi nhận phòng thì sẽ có nhân viên tới đón, vì vậy phải liên hệ chủ nhà trước. Tôi đã không biết nên lúc đầu cũng hơi khó khăn nhưng cuối cùng chủ nhà đã giải quyết ổn thoả.
