First of all, I booked Landmark Plue but when I got there, they gave me a room in Landmark 1.
Also, I booked a room with one room per family but they gave me a room with two rooms. (I didn't ask for an upgrade or anything else)
Even more bizarre was that after I left their room, they said I had used two rooms in their room so they asked me to pay for them.
I couldn't understand why you gave me two rooms and I used them but asked me to pay for them.
This really made me happy during my trip@@@@

Landmark 6, the room we first booked was painted and cleaned. The towels were a mess. We were supposed to check out today, but they gave the room to another guest, so we had to move to Landmark 3 yesterday. Fortunately, we liked the room.
