Horrible hotel! Let's start with the fact that they didn't expect us. We stood near the hotel for about an hour, rang the doorbell and the phone. Having called, a girl who doesn't speak English came running, and through the translator on the phone, she said that something had happened in the room we had booked and that she would put us in another one, gave us the key and ran away. Now the room itself: A small room, the TV doesn't work, there's a terrible smell in the kettle, and on top of that, there are no dishes to drink tea. Cleaning the room is a separate art form. There is someone's forgotten sock between the wall and the bed, the bathroom is so dirty that it's scary to take a shower. Thank goodness there was toilet paper at least. There is a crack in the door of the room, through which you can basically see what's going on inside. There is a window that opens onto the hotel corridor and which doesn't close. We never saw any hotel employees during our 2 days of stay. No one showed up at the reception after check-in during this time either. In the end, we paid for one room, got another, no apologies, no compensation for the difference in cost. The elevator, as stated for 7 people, which can withstand 500 kg, only our 2 suitcases fit in it. Disgusting hotel, no service, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Check-in was very fast, the room was very clean, and it was very comfortable to live in. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. If I come to Ho Chi Minh again, I will be very happy to stay here again, but it is recommended to add the contact information with the counter first to facilitate finding someone

The room is clean, the owner is very nice, the front desk can store luggage for free, and he even brought a fan for me when I was resting on the sofa at the front desk. There is a washing machine in the room, which is a great living experience.
