The city view is not a city view, you can only see a wall from the other bldg. I also left my jacket hanged in the closet from the moment we arrived and forgot to get it, realized it after a day and contacted them thru email and no reply so we went personally and they obviously did not reply on purpose since they know i emailed, but they only said that there was no jacket according to the service cleaner which left me disappointed and dissatisfied. Room is too dark too.

Check in was a hassle the lady doesn't speak English when I check in at 7pm the other girl who's here in the morning & afternoon does speak fluent English. The room I got was different from the photo but didn't want to argue too much so I accept it.It was small but have a balcony and no fridge if your staying 1-2 days than it's OK

Excellent value. A good location very near to all the action but far enough away to be quiet. I was really pleased that I had a big balcony space on the roof and had a great view. The room was also big, the bed was comfortable and there was a fridge and a desk.

I would seriously NOT recommend staying here. The price was tempting, but was really disappointed when I got there and actually left 2 days early and ate the cost of the 2 other nights I canceled on -- just had to get out of there. When I got there, the windows were ajar/broken, there were (old blood) spots on the bed, someone else's hair in the shower, stains on the walls and ceilings, no hot water and terrible water pressure, and a collapsing closet. I worked with trip.com and the hotel saying that if the place was thoroughly cleaned, I may consider staying, but that didn't happen so I checked out early. Just pay a few extra bucks to stay somewhere else.
PS- one wall was just a huge mirror, but somehow it didn't reflect light? It was really sketchy, and while I don't think it was a double sided mirror, I've never seen a mirror reflect -- or rather not reflect -- light the way that whole wall did

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Everything is dirty, beddings, towels. No proper shower gel, hair care. Everything seems to be used and the vibe of the hotel is horrible. Sex hotel itself. Also, they refused to refund two nights. I had to check out earlier because I couldn’t stay there

Now this is my favorite location in Ho Chi Minh City. Just minutes away from bus stops, Ben Thanh Market and the museums, Bui Vien Street, the river, District 4... Still quiet enough (unlike when you choose a Bui Vien location). Other pluses? Clean, relatively spacious rooms (for Ho Chi Minh city this is always a problem), and best of all - windows! The only little minus are the steep and tall stairs to get to the entrance, which is a problem when you come with a big suitcase, but the staff is helpful, so everything was OK.
