We have to move after one night to another apartment due an incident but nobody told us during check in. Move was 12am so we are some how blocked because we have to return after some hours..

The apartment is located near the 81 Building, the most prosperous area in Ho Chi Minh City. It has a balcony and a great view. There is a swimming pool downstairs, but you need to ask the store to apply for a permission to enter. The living room is spacious and the bedroom is relatively small. Only bath towels were given, no towels. The room facilities are generally good.
ps: It is a homestay, not a hotel. There is no 24-hour front desk. You need to add WeChat to communicate and check in with a password. The store's feedback is not very timely. If you are not good at English or find communication troublesome, it is recommended to choose a hotel.

When checking in, communication is poor, they don't keep promises, there are constantly small bugs that aren't ants on the floor and table, and the area around the bed is very dirty. Overall, the view is good when you take a quick look, but the hygiene is very poor.

I recently stayed at Landmark Plus By Somi Luxstay! The service was perfect, the staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, and the view was amazing. Especially the local food was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating after one bite! Highly recommended for travel destinations. I will come back again!
