I stayed over 2 weeks this time. They provide 2 towels and one room cleaning a week, so if you need more services, pls consider its current offerings.
Also you will have some bad odor at the backside room.
Seats are not clean also.

The location is a little hard to find, but there is a 7-Eleven, a supermarket, and plenty of places to eat nearby, so you won't have any problems. The room was clean. There is a front desk, but no one is there, so you have to use ZALO. The card key is not handed to you, but is in the key box on the room door, so it's a good idea to register with ZALO in order to get the PIN code. Considering the accommodation price, it's a great deal.

Very clean and Manager responded to requests. Great place to rent. Only downside was Internet for TV. Internet worked well for phone though. Didn't want to bother manager but I'm sure it could of been fixed.

1. Nice location. Locatated in PMH, Q7 where is best living town place in HCMC.
2. Very competitive price.
Bad points
1. Bed & bed clothes are poor.

There were kitchen utensils provided so I was able to cook.
I was able to do my laundry during my stay which was very helpful.
There was a 7-Eleven next door so it was convenient.
I was able to figure out how to enter the room right away by looking at the message that was sent to me.

The hotel is located on the first floor of the basement. There is no front desk. I called several times before I could get through. Their English skills were poor and communication was difficult. I stayed there for a few days and forgot to take the electric cooker with me when I left. At first they said they had it and asked me to take it, but later they said they didn't have it. They didn't reply when I contacted them again. The service was very poor. I don't recommend staying here. In addition, the room was small, not as big as described, and the air conditioner didn't work. It took a long time to cool down. It's not worth the price.
