It’s my third stay and I really love it. It’s central it has a great pool and gym also some working space. Service is great they respond fast. There are many extra towels and the apartment is full equipped. It has a great view in a river.

The place is a bit far from the places you would commonly visit in Saigon. But if you want to have a relaxing, quiet, and peaceful place, this is perfect. The place is best for families visiting Saigon. I enjoyed my stay there and some of the facilities. People are nice, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely book this place again, if I visit Saigon again.

Room is very clean and spacious. Community has large swimming pool and new gym with good equipments. Have to take taxi to go to the central area but it is quite close and convenient.

Very nice appartement in deluxe residency ; big and beautiful outside swimming pool; magnificent view to the river( app 0602) but poor neighborhood (q4) and a bit far from downtown (q1)

The apartments are clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful landscaped area downstairs. It is safe to stay. There are 2-3 shops on the ground floor where you can buy everything you need.

Excellent place, good location pretty near the city center. Has a good gym, safe, and clean. Good for travellers in a group with two bedrooms and a nice workable kitchen. Great experience!

The entire complex is super new, modern and clean. Very friendly security staff in front of and inside the building, as well as very friendly staff at the reception area. The rooms are equipped with a balcony (+washing machine), refrigerator and microwave. Super great pool and gym area. We had a great 3 days.

Nice and clean place, 2 pools: on the roof and downstairs. Independent arrival is organized clearly, there were no difficulties. The owner was in touch via WhatsApp. The area is not at all touristy, you need to go to the center by taxi. Downstairs there is a familymart and local cafes, fruits are sold.
