The room showed numerous signs of a hasty and amateurish renovation, with walls simply painted white, and the bathroom door was still broken. What ultimately made me lose faith in this hotel was that, the day before my check-in, two one-star reviews were posted on Google Maps, and the next day the hotel's listing was completely removed from the map. Due to the series of problems mentioned above, I became distrustful of this hotel and asked via chat why they had deleted the hotel's information from Google Maps, but I was ignored. Additionally, on the second day, the entrance was blocked by a motorcycle again, preventing me from entering, while the front desk staff sat there playing with their smartphone. On the last day, they came to my room directly to ask if I was going to extend my stay, and during check-out, they didn’t say a single word, not even a "thank you." This hotel seems to be owned by Indian capital, but the staff look down on and mock their guests, making for a very frustrating trip. I ask once again, why did they remove the hotel information from Google Maps? This hotel is deliberately removing bad reviews to deceive new guests by only showcasing good reviews. It appears to be managed by Indians, but they should reflect on their disgraceful actions as human beings. Deceptive acts towards guests who trusted and stayed at your hotel are absolutely unacceptable. I will never use this hotel again.
