The hotel has convenient transportation and provides Chinese services, which helped me solve many problems. I will choose their hotel again when I come to Vietnam in the future.

Very pleasant business trip experience, there is no front desk, the customer service will guide in Chinese, and there are detailed check-in instructions. It is very convenient for Chinese people.

The location was convenient, directly connected to landmark81. Check-in was smooth and we were able to contact them right away. The kitchen floor was flooded, the inside of the cabinet was dirty, and the cleanliness was not so good. The bedding also had a noticeable smell. (They responded quickly to my inquiries, and when I asked them to replenish the toilet paper, they brought it right away.) I was grateful that there was water and basic amenities (toothbrush, shampoo). I was also hoping there would be a pool, but after checking in, I found out that the pool was only available to residents. The description on trip.com stated that there was a pool as a facility, but the owner explained that it was listed in detail, so I was disappointed that I could not use the pool.
