Although customer service actively followed up, it was of no avail. Because Ctrip still has to contact agents, which is very time-consuming. I only slept for an hour because of the noise and light. No one in this hotel will assist you with your luggage, and you can't check out late. The address is still hard to find. As a person who stays in hotels for more than 200 nights a year, this is the first time I have been tortured like this. One final word, cherish life and stay away from here. Before I checked in, I searched for a hotel on Ctrip. After searching for almost an hour, I decided to stay here when I saw that this hotel had a rating of 4.6 and two positive reviews. I didn’t expect it to be such a scam. Avoid the pit, avoid the pit, avoid the pit. If everyone goes, they will be tricked.

Good place to stay: convenient location - close to the airport and to the center of Ho Chi Minh. The room is clean, there is a kitchen. No elevator.
