The location and view of the hotel were very good. However, the leg of the dining chair was broken, which caused an arm injury, and I did not receive basic civis such as changing towels because I could not meet the manager related to the room

The service staff is very unfriendly and the hotel staff can't answer the phone or call you on KakaoTalk. If you chat on KakaoTalk, they read and ignore you and don't keep to the bad time. You have to ask them to change the water and towels yourself and they reply late on KakaoTalk. This trip was very unpleasant. The Wi-Fi in the hotel room doesn't work well and the speed is very slow. The Wi-Fi password is wrong and the Wi-Fi name is wrong. There's a lot to say. I have a very bad feeling about this hotel.
