There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke as soon as we entered the room. It took a long time to get rid of the smell after opening the door and window. We complained and asked for a refund before someone came to deal with it. They made a machine buzz for 15 minutes, but the smoke smell in the room did not go away. There was also a smell of laundry detergent. Then they asked us to make do with it and did not give us a refund. Old facilities: repainted wardrobe (see picture 1), disposable slippers with stains and reused (see picture 2), nostalgic fluorescent lights and air conditioners (see pictures 3 and 4), the refrigerator door smelled bad when opened and I dared not use it, the toilet had no ventilation fan window, the whole room was filled with hot air when the hot water was turned on, there was only a small embedded window that fell to the ground floor when touched (the window was about 40x60cm, and there was no reminder), paid 500,000 vnd (my fault, I fell into a trap), the wifi was intermittently disconnected, and there was no hair dryer Sanitation: The room smelled of cigarette smoke very heavily, and it was even worse after someone came to deal with it. The dust on the facilities was visible to the naked eye (see pictures 5, 6, and 7), and the wash basin could not drain because it was blocked by foreign objects such as hair (see picture 8 ), there are ice cubes, coke, and bottled water left by previous residents in the refrigerator (see Figure 9 and Figure 10). Environment: Residential area, quite quiet, many Japanese food restaurants nearby, 830,000 vnd for 4 rice bowls (quietly being slaughtered), not as good as Shaxian snacks Service: I couldn't find anyone when I first arrived, and the call was hung up. The attitude when meeting was quite good. There were not many rooms left. I chose this fairy room and wanted to change it. They said there were no rooms. I asked for a refund and check-out but they ignored it. After the toilet window fell, the fine for the guest came to the door in seconds. The attitude afterwards was like deliberately digging a pit for the guest. The guest fell into the trap and wanted a refund, and they also mocked the guest: Hey, you chose it yourself This is newly opened on May 31, 2024. The photos in the room are very beautiful, and the hotel will pout and look cute outside, but I only stayed for one day. I am a wronged person living in it and I really can't sleep I would like to thank the platform again for assisting in negotiating with the hotel
