Booked Nicecy Boutique because its near ben thanh market and the 'malaysian street' - like just few minutes away . For muslims especially that want to find a hotel that is nearby halal foods, Nicecy is a convenient and nice hotel to choose(you dont have to choose a hotel that is directly opposite the halal foods area but instead, just few minutes walk if you choose any hotel that is outside the street) However, we do need to take few steps up the stairs to enter the hotel but it is still recommendable, even for elderly(except those with difficulty to climb up) I booked this room for the space, based on the photo but in actual, its slightly smaller but its still spacious for 2 paxs though . The suite is clean and have almost everything in the room except iron board(i didnt need it anyway so its not a problem during this trip) The bathroom is complete with full toiletries too . We can also watch netflix via our own acct . We couldnt find the 'do not disturb' sign, hence the housekeeper came everyday to clean and topup the necessary . They changed the towels everyday too . Appreciate it actually . 👍 My booking came with breakfast, however i managed to dropby once due to busy schedule . The breakfast is a non-halal concept but you can still have simple breakfast of bread, cereal and such but you can skip the breakfast option in your booking if you think its not worth . The reception staffs can speak english well so do not have to worry if you have anything to enquire . They are friendly and helpful too . 👍 Overall, its a wonderful experience here . The room is clean and they also got bath tub! TV is android which is really good especially when you want to just stay in your room after a tour you can watch netflix or youtube. Also the staff is very friendly. Great location too!!

Unfriendly reception, poor breakfast and the property is very old.

When we first entered in this hotel, we were welcomed by its relaxing ambiance, beautiful interiors, comfy room and approachable staff. We honestly didn’t expect these since the price was cheap, we thought we were gonna get what we paid for, but we were wrong. 😱😍 Although our first night gave us inconvenience due to a malfunctioned aircon, they were still kind enough by not letting us pay our consumed drinks inside the room and by assisting us with our belongings when we switched to a different room. The breakfast buffet was also the reason why booking at this hotel was worth it. 👌 Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. ❤️

Judy - the receptionist who welcomed our family is very nice and helpful. We have small kids and our flight is late in the evening. It’d be very nice if we are offered free late check out when the hotel stil have rooms free. We were out at 4pm and charged 50% of the room price. The hotel is pretty small but quite cozy and artful decorated. Facilities are not very modern but still ok to meet basic needs. Location is a plus of Nicecy as it’s quite near Ben Thanh market and convenient to reach city attractions within 1 km away.

Excellent Breakfast, helpful staff but speak poor English. The doorman and the breakfastman spoke the best English. Close to the market ideal location! Nice hot showers!

Booked hotel at Benh than market. When com to check in gave information as same other hotel when he want to move people who will stay "your room are not ready due to air condition issue". If it not ready he must up grade room to renter. Inform and feed back to trip com app. But no meaning no get any.

Good location . Breakfast need to improve to cater for tourist. Room cleaning also need improvement.

The waiter named Antonie in the restaurant was very helpful.

Location is good. U can choose this hotel. As long as it is reasonable price.
