If you continue to do business with this hotel because the hotel staff is rude, Trip.com will also suffer a lot. If I ever recommend a hotel like this again, I will cut my losses. Communication is not possible.

There was no hair dryer, the receptionist was not friendly, and the toilet paper was left as it was from the previous guest.

This is the first time I come to Ctrip to review a hotel. I hope everyone can avoid pitfalls. 1. The hotel doesn't even have mineral water. You have to buy water separately; 2. There is no hot water.
